The Guest Studio is an independent unit within our house, with its own entry, with all necessary commodities. At the front you can enjoy your breakfast in the morning sun. At the rear you have your own covered terrace (portico) with a large table and four chairs en a wonderful view at the garden and the surrounding hilly countryside. Our 20x40 ft swimming pool is at your disposal. The studio has a surface of about 45 m2 and consists of a large living/dining/sleeping room, kitchen and bathroom with shower, bidet, toilet and large washbasin. The furnishing is a mixture of „country and modern“, and is chosen with great care. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a 4-point gas stove with hood, electric oven with grill and fridge. The two beds have spring mattresses 3ftx6ft8' in size. You can further make use of the washing machine, iron and ironing board in our utility room. The completely fenced-in one-acre-garden has been carefully planned, oleanders and roses abound.

Our house is in Filetto, near the town of Senigallia (7 km, 10 minute to drive). Senigallia is an old town on the Adriatic coast, full of historical brick buildings, small shadily streets, many squares, a fort (the Rocca Roveresca) and beautiful porticoes along the Misa, the river leading to the Adriatic Sea. The old market, the Foro Annonario, has been restored to its original beauty and offers every morning plentiful vegetables, fruit and fish fresh from the sea for sale. Thursday is the general market day. Senigallia is a typical Italian bathing resort with nice beaches and in the summer months the shops are open until midnight; particularly in July there are many concerts, plays and other cultural highlights to be enjoyed. At one hour's drive you find Urbino, a real highlight of the Italian renaissance. Closer by our house are Ostra and Corinaldo, old fortified towns with high brick walls. The wines of the area are those of the Verdicchio di Jesi and the Lacrima di Morro d'Alba.

Little paradise in the Marche

A house in mediterrean colours, settled in a sea of flowers in pink and red, the sparkling water of the swimming pool, a view on the lovely slopes around and only the sound of birds and a far away tractor...we have found a little paradise in the Marche. We have had a very pleasent stay during 2 weeks at the studio. The house is renovated very well and decorated with good taste, supplied with all comfort. We loved the swimmingpool. The hosts are very welcoming and make you feel at ease as soon as you arrive. We will certainly return!

A nice holiday for two

Past july my boyfriend and I went to the studio for two weeks. We had never been there before, but the pictures on the website looked so nice, it couldn't be less than we expected.
And indeed, it all was perfect! A nice view over some hills, everywhere flowers in the garden, a clean, big swimmingpool (quite necessary with 40 degrees celcius) and the studio had everything we needed. We like to cook in our vacation, so we were also very pleased with the complete kitchen.
The owners are very kind and helpfull, but not too intrusive. They made a basket with information of the environment, what was very helpfull for exploring all the beautiful towns en nice restaurants.
We recommend this studio to everyone who desires a calm, romantic and leisurly holiday. We certainly want to go back some time!

Owner's Response: Yes indeed, we do our best to provide a leasurely holiday to our guests, by providing all tips and information required. The kitchen is equipped with everything we thought one might need to cook well, after having frequently spent our holidays in rentals where we ended up buying the necessary glasses (because the ones supplied were really not usable) or bringing our own set of knives because the ones supplied were too blunt or too dangerous to use...
The garden is now fully grown and in the summer in full bloom.The usual reaction of our guests is that the studio and the garden around the house are even better than the pictures on the website can show, particularly in terms of space.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in dem geschmackvoll eingerichteten Studio in traumhafter Umgebung.
Unter Schatten spendenden Bäumen haben wir am Pool gelegen und gelesen, die Ruhe und den Ausblick auf die herrliche Landschaft genossen oder sind in die kleinen Orte der nahe liegenden Umgebung gefahren. Abends haben wir in der perfekt ausgestatteten Küche gekocht.
Wo gibt es gutes Olivenöl, guten Wein? Wo kann man gut essen gehen? Welche Orte sind besonders sehenswert? Für all diese Fragen haben die sympathischen Vermieter Informationsmaterial zusammengestellt.
Wir haben uns im Casa degli Oleandri ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt und würden gerne wiederkommen.

die wohnung ist perfekt und mit viel liebe zum detail eingerichtet. es ist alles da, was man braucht, um sich rundum wohlzufühlen. der wunderschöne garten, der große herrliche pool, die eigene kleine terasse und die schattigen bäume laden zum ausruhen ein. gleichzeitig ist die wohnung ein guter ausgangspunkt für die unternehmungen in die umgebung. ein besonderer dank gilt der liebevollen besitzerin vor ort, welche uns mit großer geduld, alle fragen beantwortet hat und uns so manchen guten tip gab. jederzeit würden wir dieses schöne objekt weiterempfehlen. bis zum meer und zu den im sanften hügelland liegenden kleinen interessanten ortschaften und burgen ist es nicht weit. die ursprünglichkeit dieser landschaft und die natürlichkeit ihrer bewohner hat uns, als "toskanafans" sehr gefangen genommen. fazit: die marken sind eine geheimtip und insbesondere dieses quartier

Perfect, close to sea, very charmingly decorated

The studio is a pefect place to stay for those who love the quiet of the countryside, combined with the possibility to go to the seaside in 10 minutes, which is lively and typically italian.
The studio is an a large farmhouse, perfectlz equipped with all you need to cook any type of cuisine you like.
It is spacious, wonderful beds, with a very elegant bathroom with shower, bidet, toilet and washbasin.
The swimmingpool is a delight and provided with a shady terrace, sunbeds, etc.
The garden is fully grown and very large (1 acre). The owners are extremely pleasant and very helpful, withouit being intrusive.
To be recommended!
