The apartment is nicely and comfortably equipped. The house Hutter can offer 1 apartment fitting 2 – 6 people. The apartment has 2 separate bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and double-basin, separate toilet, and spacey hallway. The living space is fitted with an extendable sofa, a cosy dinette, cable TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large balcony or terrace. On demand, we can provide you with all kind of baby-equipment (e.g. cot/crib, highchair, changing pad, etc.) in order to help you travelling with light luggage. Spend your long deserved holidays with us. Rauris – the insider tip! We attach great importance to tidiness, not only related to the apartment but also to environmental issues. This is highly appreciated by our regular guests, who are pleased about the nicely equipped apartment and the relaxing atmosphere. Upon request, we offer you with great pleasure your daily breakfast bread rolls. We are happy to hike with you to our small cottage.

Notes to the rental rates

• Price: 48 Euro for 2 people (basic charge), including linen, towels and table cloths, as well as heating. Additional costs: final cleaning and taxi, 4 Euro per pet and per day.
  
• Enjoy our newly created wellness area with tanning booth and cosy relaxation room, where you find enough space to keep on practicing your yoga exercises even during holidays. We can offer for you a package including 6 or 12 days Salzburgerland-Card. Please write us your kid’s data (when your child was born), as it is important for the ski pass. There are extra costs for the tanning booth.
  
• Bed linens, towels and other linen are available. Get your loyalty voucher if you stay for 1 week, whether you are a first time customer or a regular guest. Our prices are: 48 Euro for 2 people and per day in the high season; 44 Euro for 2 people and per day in the low season (including the linen mentioned above), plus extra costs (e.g. end cleaning tax).

The skiing slopes are clearly arranged and offer spacious runs for everybody: from the beginner to the pro. Modern ski lifts and ascent supports, such as a 6-seater or 8-seater cable car, bring you and your small kids safely and conveniently up to 2.175 m above sea-level. The valley of Rauris is the golden valley of the Alps! A long history shapes today’s life in the village. Ancient ruins from the gold mining and hiking paths are waiting for you. Prehistoric houses are still part of the village center.
