Wir waren fast zwei Wochen in der Wohnung, es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet, sie ist groß und geräumig.
Sehr nette, zuvorkommende und hilfsbereite Vermieter.
(Keine langen und unnötigen Formalitäten)
Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt. Man fährt mit der Straßenbahn (direkt vor der Haustür) in wenigen min. zur Innenstadt.
Und besonders schön ist, dass man mit dem Rad in wenigen min. am Elb-Wanderweg ist. (Wunderschön)
Wir können die Wohnung mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne und sehr saubere Ferienwohnung mit Balkon.
Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet, alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden. Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung, so dass ein Auto überflüssig ist. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommende und hilfsbereit. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Wir (Eltern mit 9jähriger Tochter) waren für eine Woche in der FeWo mit Balkon und waren rundum zufrieden. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Gerne hätten wir den voll eingerichteten Balkon mehr genutzt - aber die Schafskälte hat uns einen Strich durch die Rechnung gemacht. Das Quartier ist sehr zu empfehlen, auch wegen der guten Verkehrsanbindung. Vielen Dank für die gute und freundliche Betreuung!

Top-Wohnung in Top-Lage zu günstigem Preis

Die geräumige, hervorragend ausgestattete und sehr saubere Wohnung in zentraler Lage hat uns auf Anhieb gefallen! Die Dresdner Innenstadt ist über die vor dem Haus befindliche Straßenbahnhaltestelle schnell zu erreichen und die nahe Autobahnauffahrt lässt einen schnell in das Dresdner Umland gelangen! Die sehr freundlichen, nebenan wohnenden Vermieter der Wohnung sind jederzeit zu erreichen und haben immer einen Unternehmenstip auf Lager. Im sehr gepflegt angelegten Garten hinterm Haus lässt es sich nach einem bewegten Tag sehr gut relaxen! In unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung befinden sich Supermärkte, ein Bäcker und ein besonderer Tip ist das urgemütliche "Restaurant bei Oma" mit einer tollen Küche!
Also alles in allem ist diese Wohnung nur zu empfehlen! Wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank für alles!
