Live comfortably in a central location. The Bernstein vacation home is centrally located, was built in 1909 and completely renovated in 2006. It has a 70 m2 large vacation apartment (2 bedrooms, 1 living/dining room, kitchen, bathroom, storage room). It is very well equipped and completely furnished - with a washing machine, stove with hot plates, coffee machine, microwave, TV with satellite device, audio system, DVD player, dishes, hair drier and a lot more. Additionally, our guests have a parking space (enclosed), grill space (with a table and chairs) and personal care from the landlord.

The apartment on the ground floor has a total of 4 very beautifully furnished rooms, 2 bedrooms and each with 1: living/dining room, kitchen, bathroom and storage room. Bathroom - great tiling, shower, WC, sink, hair drier, washing machine, mirror. Kitchen: dishes, utensils, pans, glasses, refrigerator-freezer, electric stove, 4 gas hot plates, ventilator, coffee machine, microwave, water cooker, cool bag for the beach! Living room: DVD and CD player with radio, TV, satellite TV (with German programs). Bedroom - cabinets, comfortable beds, commodes, tables, smaller storage cabinets.

Additionally, the location offers a good touristic infrastructure. Available to our guests are a gym, biking paths, beautiful lakes, boat rental (3 km away), a church and a lot more.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The prices apply for a booking of up to 4 people per apartment, each extra person costs 10 euro per night. Included in the price: towels, bed sheets, final cleaning, visitor's tax, sales tax, use of the washing machine and a lot more. Additional costs: gas heating - 2 euro per 1 cubic meter (heating and warm water - you usually use about 2 cubic meters per day during the spring and summer, in the winter 4-5 cubic meters for the whole house (8-10 people).
  • The above mentioned prices include the following services: overnight accommodation, bed sheets, towels, final cleaning, electricity, heating, water, usage of the washing machine, parking space, visitor's tax (if necessary). All prices are per night. Each extra person 8 euro per night (cot). Children's bed for children up to 5 for free. One children's bed per house available. Number of people also applies for children older than 6 years. Children up to 5 are free. Wollin Island guide - 7 Euro - can be purchased on site from the service personnel. Arrival after 14:00, departure before 10:00. Use of the washing machine is free. 2 tennis rackets and 8 tennis balls - 3 euro/day. Bikes: 5 euro/day/bike. Price changes possible.
  • Special deals: early booking discount 10% for a reservation during the peak and off season 2007 to the end of March 2007. For a reservation during the Summer season in 2007 to the end of March 2007, 2 bikes are included for free during the stay. All guests receive a welcome gift upon arrival! Transfer from the train station Midzyzdroje free for a reservation of at least 7 nights. Transfer from/to the airport Goleniow 25 Euro with car, 35 Euro with minibus. This offer only applies for a reservation 2 weeks before arrival. All special offers are valid as recommended retail prices.

Die Ferienwohnung entsprach dem Onlineangebot und wurde in sauberem Zustand von uns übernommen. Die Lage des Objektes ist zentral und ruhig, ideal für einen Urlaub mit Kind und Hund. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist sehr nett, während des Aufenthaltes wurde sich nach unseren Wünschen erkundigt, und prompt reagiert.
Ein Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre nur eine separate Zwischentür zur oberen Wohnung.
Wir werden im November wiederkommen und diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen
