Our services:
Our services include: community fees, water, electricity, 24h-DSL-flatrate, TV (SAT in lounge), use of community kitchen with a total of 10 seats available on three tables, cleaning of community areas and rooms (weekly) plus weekly change of linen, towels and private clothes (tumble dryer apt only). In the bathrooms we offer cosmetic tissues, toilet paper as well as hand & shower soap. Apart from serviettes and kitchen tissues, in the kitchen you have at your disposition: vitroceramic cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, 2 microwaves, 2 kettles, toaster, mixer, coffee machine and many more. So you can feel at home and start enjoying yourself!
University and beach:
Malaga Lodge is only a four minute away from El Ejido Univeristy campus. Here you also find the Superior Music School, the Art and Dance School, Language Schools, gyms and nice tapa bars and restaurants, which offer Andalucian Specialities in great varieties. Thanks to its easy access to the motorway, Malaga’s international airport lies only a half hour drive away, train and bus stations can be reached by public transport within 15 mins.
Nature and sports:
Nature lovers can enjoy the close by Montes de Malaga Nature Park with its enchanting 'White Villages'. The local horse riding club is only 5 mins away, sailing club 'Mediterráneo' around 10 mins, 'El Candado' sailing and tennis club just 20 mins.
Ski:
Little more than an hour drive seperate you from Spains most renowned ski resort 'Sierra Nevada' close to Granada, amongst others scene of the Winter Olympics of 1996.
Golf:
Golf-interested guests drive aprox. 20 mins to the golf courts 'El Candado', 'AÑoreta' or 'Parador'.
Along the Costa del Sol - also called 'Costa del Golf' - you find the highest concentration of golf courts in the whole of Europe. Here you have the unique oppurtunity to improve your handicap all year round, be it at sunshine or floodlight.
