Wir haben im August eine Woche im Casina Belvedere verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Angaben im Inserat sind zutreffend. Die Wohnung und der Garten sind gepflegt und liesen an nichts mangeln. Die Vermieterin war sehr aufmerksam und hat uns immer freundlichst mit allem versorgt, was noetig war; einschliesslich Reiseinformationen und sogar einer Fahrt zum Waschsalon. Wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen und wuerden die Wohnung jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Besten Dank!

ein bisschen enttäuscht!

Wir waren im Juni in diesem eigentlich sehr schönen Appartment. Die Einrichtung die der Inhaber in diese Seite gestellt hat, stimmt allerdings nicht oder zumindest nicht mehr. Im Appartment gibt es keinen Ofen/Mikrowelle. Radio, dvd-Player, Stereoanlage war leider auch nicht (mehr) vorhanden, was bei schlechtem Wetter allerdings nicht schlecht gewesen wär. Der private Strandzugang ist leider durch eine Pizzeria verbaut. Die Liegen dort sind außerdem gebührenpflichtig (zweistelliger-€-Betrag/Tag/Liege). Besser sind der weiße Sandstrand in Richtung Rosignano, ca. 3km entfernt bzw. die Liegen auf der zum Appartment gehörigen Terrasse mit Außendusche. Die Räder sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und mussten von uns erstmal fahrtauglich gemacht werden. Danach stand einem schönen Urlaub nichts mehr im Wege.
Owner's Response: Die Einrichtung des Appartments ist im Fruehjahr 2009 von uns komplett erneuert worden. Statt des Ofens befindet sich nun eine Mikrowelle in der voll ausgestatteten Kueche. Auch eine Stereoanlage mit Cd und Radio. Badeanstalten muessen in Italien (wie in Deutschland auch) generell bezahlt werden, allerdings steht unseren Gaesten ein privater Garten mit Sonnenliegen und Aussendusche gratis zur Verfuegung. Der Zugang von unserem Garten zur Strandpromenade fuehrt fuer ca 3 m an der Pizzeria der Badeanstalt vorbei , ist aber frei zugaenglich. Es tut uns leid, dass nicht immer alles perfekt ist und vielleicht manchmal Anlass zu kleinen Enttaeschungen gibt . Wir werden uns, wie schon in den vergangenen 10 Jahren, bemuehen, unseren Gaesten einen angenehmen und unvergesslichen Urlaub zu ermoeglichen.

Empfehlenswert für Zwei

Angaben des Vermieters waren korrekt - mitten im Ort und doch direkt am Strand (Steine) und der Strandpromennade für schöne Spaziergänge. Ein nettes Nest für Zwei, eigener, kleiner, uneinsehbarer Garten mit allem was man braucht um nach einem heißen Tag am Strand im Schatten auszuruhen.
Zwei Fahrräder wurden gestellt - danke - das war klasse. So konnten wir die 3 km zu den weißen Sand-Stränden mit dem Fahrrad fahren. Es war ganz einfach schön und ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Wir vergeben auf jeden Fall ein Ausgezeichnet und werden wieder einmal hier unseren Urlaub verbringen.

Wunderschöne Terrassen mit Blick auf das Meer

Uns hat der Aufenthalt in dem Apartment sehr gut gefallen. Die Ausgangslage ist toll. Es gibt eine Terasse zum Sitzen mit wunderbarem Blick auf das Meer und darunter eine Terrassenfläche mit Liegen zum ungestörten (ohne Einblick von anderen Urlaubern) Sonnenbaden sowie einen direkten Zugang zum Meer.
Für 4 Erwachsene geht es gerade so vom Platzangebot zum Schlafen (Wohncouch 1,20 x 90).
Man ist in 10 Minuten am Bahnhof (z. B. Direktverbindung nach Pisa und Florenz) bzw. in unmittelbarer gibt es Bars und man kann sich mit Frühstück versorgen, ohne dass es laut ist.
Wir haben uns in dieser Woche sehr gut erholt!

Das Häuschen ist ein Traum!
Wunderbarer Blick auf das glasklare Meer, super Ausstattung der Wohnung.
Die Spiagge Bianche sind nur 5 Busminuten entfernt, der nächste Supermarkt/Kiosk/Bahnhof innerhalb von 5-10 Gehminuten zu erreichen, alles sehr zentral.
Würde es absolut weiterempfehlen, besonders für einen romantischen Urlaub zu zweir, da sehr ruhig und angenehm.
Urteil: Sehr, sehr empfehlenswert!
