The house is beautifully situated in the little town. It is near a nature reserve, it is 2 km from the ocean. Beach (Audierne), sailing 5 km, horse riding 4 km. Places to shop in the town (100 m). On the ground floor there is 1 large room with an open kitchen. Fireplace, WC. The first floor has 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed each, another gallery with 1 bed, bathroom with shower, WC. Child's bed. 4 burner cooker, oven, dishwasher, grill, refrigerator, washing machine, garden, garden furniture, grill, parking space. You can go fishing, swimming, cycling, horse riding, sailing, surfing, hiking.

Never-ending cliff line, nature reserve, hidden coves in close proximity, original fishing villages, traditional festivals and culture. The house is located directly in the centre of the 'Bourg'. A 2 km open field to the ocean begins directly behind the house. In the past, the house served as the publically owned storage and sorting facility for seeds. Thus, that is where the traditional name 'Le Trieur' (the sorter) comes from. With this good spirit in mind, the house serves for sorting minds and energies.

Wir haben uns auch zu zweit in diesem großzügigen Haus wohlgefühlt. Es ist gut ausgestattet mit Geschirr, guten Geräten (Wasch- und Spülmaschine), Der Kaminofen funktioniert gut, die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig und ansprechend. Die beiden Gärten haben wir je nach Sonnen- und Windrichtung genossen. Das Örtchen Goulien ist winzig, verfügt aber über ein Lädchen, wo man alles bekommt, und das nur ein paar Schritte entfernt ist. Zum Frühstück gibts also immer ein frisches Baguette und man muß nicht jeden Tag in den Supermarkt zum Einkaufen fahren. Die Gegend hat uns - jedenfalls in der Nachsaison und abgesehen vom Rummel an der Pointe du Raz - gut gefallen.

Das gemütliche bretonische Haus liegt ruhig in einem kleinen netten Ort. Das Haus ist praktisch eingerichtet. Es hat einen kleinen Frühstücksgarten und einen großen Garten, den unsere Kinder sehr genossen haben. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und unkompliziert und haben uns viele hilfreiche Tipps gegeben.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
