This is a 2-room apartment in an inhabited villa in the country side, in Baja Sardinia, in the middle of the Emerald Coast. It is located in a green, Roman landscape with Mediterranean flora. There are private parking places. It is about 1 km away from the sea. A car is absolutely necessary. Within 10 km, there are the most beautiful beaches and spots of the Emerald Coast. The villa is made of Sardinian granite stone and it is located on a 1 ha large property, surrounded by fruit trees, a small vineyard and untouched nature, silence and majestic granite cliffs, as well as by the forever green, Mediterranean vegetation. The apartment is ideal for the summer season (April to October), thanks to the Mediterranean climate. The apartment is equipped with a kitchenette for self catering. The apartment was built in 2003, and it has 45 m², accommodating maximum 4 people. It has a bedroom, 1 living room with sofa bed (2 people) and kitchenette.

The vacation apartment in a countryside style is located 6 km from the tourist village Baja Sardinia, and 13 km from the small capital of the Emerald Coast, Porto Cervo. The Emerald Coast is a merit of the Prince Aga Khan, leader of the Ismaelits, who discovered these unique parts of Sardinia in 1962, and who brought tourism on this island. Tourism has developed without disturbing nature. Houses, hotels and apartments have been wonderfully integrated in the granite landscape. Baja Sardinia was grounded in 1969 in a similar style, with bars, restaurants, boutiques, hotels and vacation apartments, which invite everybody to walk on the central 'Piazzetta'. In between, there is the long main beach with fine sands and sun shades, which invites you to relax. The sea in Sardinia is crystal clear. This is why the Coast seams to be of Emerald. The Island Archipelago La Maddalena is a Nature Reserve since 1996.

Golf: The golf course 'Pevero' with 18 holes is ca. 15 km from the apartment. It has a wonderful location on the Emerald Coast, outside Porto Cervo. The golf course is surrounded by greenery and by elegant, luxurious 5-star hotels, which belong to the most famous ones in the world. The absolute world wide elite come to play golf here. Among others, you will find Starwood and Sheraton-Hotels here. In Baja Sardinia (6 km away), there is a water park called Acquadream, which is opened from the beginning of June until the middle of September. It has water slides, and different water games, and it is ideal for the young and the ones who feel young.

Wer mit seiner Familie mal richtig entspannen will, ist hier genau richtig. Abseits vom Rummel, in herrlicher Berglandschaft gelegen, mit toller Aussicht auf das Meer, läßt es sich im schönen Pool gut erholen. Zimmer sind so wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Sehr gepflegte Anlage. Sehr freundliche, deutschsprechende Hauswirtin. DANKE für den schönen Urlaub.

Schöne Ferienwohnung für Urlaub mit Kleinkind

Wir waren mit unserer 1,5 Jahre alten Tochter im Oktober eine Woche auf Sardinien. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön und mit allem ausgerüstet was man benötigt. Auch ein Kinderstuhl und Kinderreisebett waren vorhanden, was sehr angenehm war. Das Anwesen ist sehr groß und sehr gepflegt. Die Besitzer waren sehr freundliche Gastgeber. In allem ein super Urlaub und eine tolle Unterkunft. Vielen

10 tage Sardinien gehen viel zu schnell vorbei. Erholung pur.
Sehr schönes Anwesen auch wenn wir fast nur zum schlafen in der Wohnung
waren. Auch wenn man sich wegen unserer ständigen Abwesenheit nicht oft
gesehen haben haben wir die Besitzer als sehr freundliche Gastgeber kennen
gelernt. Ein sehr schönes Anwesesen so wie im Internet abgebildet.
Sardinien ist einfach eine Reise wert; bestimmt nicht das letzte mal!!

Ich habe vor der Buchung die Bewertungen aufmerksam gelesen. Ich kann diese zu 100% bestätigen. Die Ferienwohnung (wie beschrieben sehr sauber und alles da was man braucht!) ist in einer traumhaften Landschaft mit Meerblick gelegen! Das Grundstück riesig und liebevoll gepflegt! Der Pool erste Klasse. Für Kinder das Paradies zum austoben! Wir waren Anfang Oktober da. Für alle die die im Urlaub die Ruhe suchen perfekte Reisezeit Sept/Okt.. Wir hatten wunderbar sonnige Tage zum baden an den süssen kleinen Stränden. Kombiniert haben wir das Baden mit tollen Ausflügen. Mögen sie allerdings Trubel, Party, shoppen und pralle Sonne dann sind sie im Juli und August genau richtig hier! Unser Fazit: Sardinien ist eine Traumhafte Insel zu jeder Zeit! Die Vermieter total nett! Sehr zu empfehlen!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, gemütlich und ruhig gelegen. Die Küche bietet alles, was man fürs tägliche Kochen braucht. Alles ist sauber und in gepflegtem Zustand. Sehr schön ist auch die Terrasse mit Tisch, Stühlen und Liegen und der große Garten mit schönem Pool. Alles wird sauber gepflegt und man merkt, dass die Besitzer viel Freude an Ihrem Anwesen haben. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist die freundliche und herzliche Art der Vermieter. Sie stehen mit vielen Tipps (Ausflüge, Essen gehen, ...), Rat und Tat zur Seite. Das war für uns besonders hilfreich, da wir das erste Mal im Norden von Sardinien waren. Mit einem Satz: Ein wunderschöner und sehr erholsamer Urlaub! Nochmals vielen Dank!
