Summary of the chateau / country house, 5 bedrooms, sleeps 10
The house (Casa Rustica) is built in traditional Majorcan style, with natural stone. Walls are up to 40 cm thick so that the house is pleasantly cool during the summer. The living space of 270 m² is extended over 2 levels. On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms, bathroom, living-room and 2 balconies with beautiful views. The lower level has 3 double bedrooms and a typical Majorcan, fully equipped kitchen for self catering. The table in the dining area is suitable for 10 people and offers a lot of space for a friendly get-together, while the fire place in the spacious living-room creates a comfortable atmosphere. Two large terraces directly at the house and a huge terrace at the pool area invite to relax. In all rooms are ceiling beams visible, which amongst others make up such a special charm of the finca Sa-Vinya. In the living-room are colour/ Sat-TV, CD-player and radio.

Buger is Mallorca’s smallest community. Buger, with around 900 inhabitants, is located between Campanet and Sa Pobla in the north of Mallorca. There is a bakery, a bank, a tobacco shop, 2 bars and a shop with colonial goods. In all the shops you will find working friendly, helpful and child-friendly people, who make one feel comfortable being a guest. The supermarket in Sa Pobla offers a huge variety of products. In the summer, one of the most renowned Jazz Festivals Spains takes place here in Sa Pobla. In a short drive you reach Pollenca and the untouched dream-beaches of Playa de Muro, or the unique bird reserve ‘Albufera’. From the finca, you have a breathtaking view over the mountain panorama of the Tramuntana Mountains. The further surroundings invite you to 'spice trekking' or mountain biking. This is a finca for friends, a tasteful, individual and authentic accommodation on the island.
