This vacation house is the ideal accommodation for big families who want a children friendly place, with a quiet location. The house has 2 large apartments, 120 m² each. The 2000 m² large estate is completely fenced and it has a lockable garden gate. There you can also park your cars. The house is located in a tiny locality, which belongs to the community of Pratovecchio, in Casentino. Each apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen and 1 living room. The house can basically be rented only as a whole. The guests can enjoy their privacy, or they can also sit, cook and dine together. In the garden, there is a table, chairs and benches, where you can dine together. Besides, there is a pizza oven and a barbecue. Around the 6 x 13 m large pool, there are canvas chairs, sun shades, solar showers, as well as a small garden house with WC, sink and washing machine. Satellite TV and CD player are also available.

Nearest Airport: Florence at 50 Kilometres
Nearest Motorway: Arezzo at 40 Kilometres
The vacation house is located in the upper Casentino, a region rich in woods, between Florence and Arezzo. Here there are also the springs of the river Arno. The region is not yet affected by mass tourism, so that the vacationers can enjoy the original Tuscan landscape and people. You only meet natives in the small towns. In the close vicinity, there are many small, typical shops and trades. Life is taken the way it is, and the vacationers can find here peacefulness, relaxation and tranquillity. There are old churches and castles to visit. Among these, there are the monasteries ‘La Verna’ and ‚Camaldoli’ which are internationally well known thanks to the Saint Franz of Assissi. The thousand year old woods invite you for a walk. Casentino is a paradise for hikers and mountain bikers. Arezzo, Cortona, Perugia, Siena, and Florence with their cultural treasures are absolutely worth a visit.

  • All the rental rates are last minute prices, which are with around 150 Euros per week less than the normal prices, and are valid for occupancy with 12 people. Each further person will be charged with 50 Euros a week. The babies can stay here for free.
  • Towels, bed linen and final cleaning, as well as all the other additional costs are included. The fire wood for the pizza oven is also for free. Only the central heating (gas) will be charged extra, according to personal usage.
