Our inviting, typical Tuscany natural stone house from the 17th century was recently painstakingly renovated. It is located on in a stone pine grove in the Versilia back-country. The well-maintained, rustic furnishings give the house a special flair. There is a living room with fireplace, satellite television, video and DVD player, dining room, completely equipped kitchen with a wood baking oven for pizzas and a half-WC on the ground floor. All of the 4 bedrooms on the top floor have their own shower/WC, satellite TV, video and DVD player, mini-frig and safe. The larger outdoor area has a covered dining space with wood furniture, grill, there are sun beds and sun umbrellas by the new pool, a lawn with table tennis for resting and relaxing.

The house is located on a hillside between the beaches of Versilia (18 km) and Lucca (20 km). The Old Town of Lucca, surrounded by an intact city wall, is one of the most beautiful cities in Tuscany with its plazas, palaces, churches and lively streets and nearby Pisa (20 km) and Florence (80 km) are worth a visit as well. The Karst caves in the Apennine Mountains, the Carrara marble quarry, the picturesque coast of Cinque Terre are beautiful tourist destinations. There are restaurants and a mini-market 2 km away. Camaiore is 10 km away and has many places to shop, good restaurants and pizzerias. The long beach promenades of Lido di Camaiore and Viareggio have numerous shops, pubs, pizzerias and are perfect for strolling or just relaxing.
