Wir waren am 1.- 13 .August 2009 in unserem Luxus Domiziel .
Wir haben uns gleich verliebt und super wohl gefühlt ...
....können das wiederkommen kaum erwarten ...
...alles hat gestimmt ,und einen super Ausblick ..alls wäre man auf das offene Meer...

Ein ganz dickes Lob an die Vermittler ...lief alles ohne Probleme ab .

Danke für die schöne Zeit ... immer wieder .!!!

Das Appartement ist super ausgestattet, und hat die beste Lage, die man sich in Cala Ratjada vorstellen kann!! Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder!!

Auch im Winter toll!

Wir waren im Dezember 2007 dort und haben von Traumwetter bis über Sturm alles erlebt. Der Blick auf das Meer, wenn es sturmgepeitscht ist, hat was Einmaliges. Leider ist es dann auch etwas feucht, da die Wohnung nur über Heizung durch die Klimaanlage verfügt, ansonsten aber keine Heizung hat. Man braucht in den Bädern schon Heizlüfter und abends mal eine Decke. Und die Couch ist leider etwas durchgesessen. Aber die Traum-Ausstattung der gesamten Wohnung entschädigt für die wirklich nur kleinen Mankos. Allerbeste Betten, wunderbare Bäder, Traumküche, genug Parkplätze, einmalige Aussicht - wir kommen gerne wieder!

Fantastische Lage, sehr gute Ausstattung !

Die Lage der Wohnung ist einmalig. Direkt am Hafen von Cala Radjada. 5 Min. zu Fuß ins Centrum, 5 Min. zu Fuß zur kleine Badebucht Cala Gat.
Das Appartement selbst ist bestens ausgestattet. Und alles ist neu und sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber.
Die Zimmer sind großzügig, und die Badezimmer auch. Haben selten so schöne Bäder gehabt.
Der Ausblick vom Wohnzimmer aufs Mittelmeer hat einem den Eindruck verschafft, auf einem Schiff zu sein, weil man nur Wasser sieht. Das Appartement liegt direkt am Meer.
Sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder.
