This beautifully equipped apartment is on the 3rd floor of a holiday estate. The 60 sqm of space includes entrance, living room with dining area, large well-equipped kitchen, bedrooms, hall with cupboards, bathroom. The floors are white marble or tiles. The living room and bedrooms give access to a 20 sqm covered balcony with sea view where you can breakfast in the morning sun. There’s a lift to the big roof terrace, which is next to a promontory with a tower dating from Moorish times. There are 2 swimming pools (one for children). From here you also have a fantastic view of the Mediterranean (in clear weather as far as the Moroccan coastline). Since Andalusian weather reaches summer temperatures even in winter time, the apartment is great for winter holidaymakers. The apartment can be heated by electric stove if required. A well-stocked supermarket is located in the town.

Benalmádena is from the old mountain village „Benalmádena Pueblo“, which belongs to the part of town “Arroyo de la Miel“ and the former fishing village Benalmádena Costa, to which „Torrequebrada“ beach also belongs. One characteristic of Benalmádena is the long coast with different beaches. As well as sandy beaches with loungers with there are traditional fish restaurants and peaceful rocky bays as well as coastal pathways for accompanied walks along the promenade. One of the best tourist attractions of the Benalmádena coast is the modern yachting harbour, reminiscent of Captain Nemo’s fantasy world. Between the coast and „Arroyo de la Miel“ is the lovely „Parque de la Paloma“. This is unique, hilly parkland with sub-tropical trees, in which peacocks and other small animals are to be found. In the park there are several cafés as well as adventure playgrounds. Selwo Aquapark is just opposite.

Super Wohnung

In den vorigen Bewertungen wurde bereits erwähnt, dass die Wohnung super ist. Dem kann ich nur zustimmen.
Allerdings hat uns der Straßenlärm der 4-spurigen Durchzugsstraße im Juli schon sehr gestört.

Ein schöner Urlaub

Hier eine kurze Zusammenfassung:

1. Die Wohnung ist vom Flughafen Málaga super zu erreichen

2. Sie ist sehr sauber, schön, groß, hell und mit allem ausgestattet, was benötigt wird.

3. Vom riesigen Supermarkt im Haus, der wirklich gute Sachen anbietet, sind es lediglich 50 Schritte bis zur Wohnungstür :-)

4. Wenig Touristen an dem schönen kleinen Strand - bis dahin auch nur ein paar Schrite (wie auch zu den Restaurants/Bars).

5. Die Umgebung ist ebenfalls sehenswert.

6. Allerdings ist es am Wochenende nachts etwas laut, da die Wohnung an einer befahrenen Straße liegt (uns hat das aber nicht gestört).

Unser Urlaub war einfach schön !

Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich sehr gepflegt und in einem Top-Zustand. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich toll. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Daher meiner Meinung nach sehr gut für Langzeiturlauber geeignet!
Auch die Nähe zum Strand (einfach nur über die Straße gehen) ist super. Der Supermarkt im Erdgeschoss erleichtert jeden Einkauf und hat ein breites Sortiment.
Ich selbst war für 4 Wochen in dem Appartment und mir hat es dort an nichts gefehlt.
Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen!

Die Wohnung entsprach den Beschreibungen und erfüllte unsere Erwartungen voll und ganz. Sie ist günstig, sehr sauber und liebevoll mit mehr als man zum Leben braucht eingerichtet. Der große Supermarkt im Erdgeschoß sowie der Parkplatz in der Wohnungsebene tragen zusätzlich dazu bei um einen bequemen Urlaub genießen zu können. Die Vermieterin hat uns vor Vertragsabschluß und während des Aufenthalts bestens und zuverlässig betreut und gab wertvolle Informationen für einen wunderbaren Urlaub. Der Blick vom 3. Stock über das Meer sowie die frische Luft und Morgensonne auf dem großen Balkon war ein täglicher Genuss. Dadurch dass die Wohnung an der Küstenstraße liegt, konnte man mit dem Auto oder Bus alle Golfplätze sowie Sehenswürdigkeiten leicht erreichen.

Die Wohnung entspricht in allem der Beschreibung, ich habe sie als sehr komfortabel, gepflegt und wirklich liebevoll ausgestattet empfunden. Die unmittelbare Nähe zum Meer bzw. Strand, an dem man ausgedehnte Spaziergänge machen kann oder in der Sonne sitzen und etwas essen oder trinken kann sowie der sehr gut sortierte Supermarkt im Erdgeschoss waren für mich sehr angenehm. Auch die etwa 50 m entfernte Bushaltestelle macht einen Aufenthalt ohne Auto in dieser Wohnung empfehlenswert.
