The residence Barbeas is located in a long row of quiet dead end streets far from the highway that goes from La Roquette to the Mediterranean Sea. The villa is located on one of the sides of the vacation apartment and is in the middle of a 11000 m2 property where you will find olive and eucalyptus trees, palm trees and fruit trees that offer you shade. This property also has a typical Provencal style stone house from the 19th century - a 'mas'.

In the living room you can get through a green pergola to the shaded patio and enter the living room which is dominated by the impressive (fully functional) fireplace. There is also a dining and couch table with corresponding seats and a kitchenette. Furthermore, the ground floor has two bedrooms, each of which has its own bathroom. Through an exit in the back, you can get to the second patio and the pool. Stone stairs lead to the second apartment on the second floor, it also has a living room with a kitchenette, dining area and more seats. The third bedroom connects to the bathroom lying behind it. All rooms have central heating, thus, the house can also be inhabited during the colder seasons. Garden and pool cannot be seen from outside. There is a parking space for a car on the property grounds.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The rental price includes bed sheets, towels and utilities. Between October 1st - April 30th, we add a weekly fee for 40 € for heating. When booking, 30% pre-payment. Rest of the payment is to be paid at latest 14 days before arrival. Final cleaning 90 € is to be paid with the rest of the payment. Security deposit: 500 €, also to be transferred with the rest of the payment. The security deposit will be given back at latest 10 days after departure. Arrival: check in is normally on Saturdays after 15.30; departure: check out Saturdays 9.30. The time between arrival and departure is needed for final cleaning.
  • We have nothing against you bringing pets - as long they are not harmful and do not both our pets. In the forest, which reaches to our property, you can go for short or small walks in order to keep the garden area clean. We add an additional 50 € per week for each pet.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in einem großen abgeschiedenen Grundstück. Wunderbarer Pool. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Tolles Haus,toller Garten, super Lage mit einem geflegten Pool.
Sehr Kinderlieb und sehr freundliche Umgebung.
Haben uns alle, vor allem unsere Kids sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen.

Wir waren zu dritt uns mit unserem Hund im Sommer 2008 in der Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist mit Liebe zum Detail geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Ausstattung ließ uns wirklich nichts vermissen. Platz ist auf jeden Fall genug vorhanden und alles ist supersauber und ordentlich.Die Vermieter wohnen ebenfalls in dem riesigen Anwesen und versuchen, alle Wünsche der Gäste zu erfüllen, um den Urlaub so schön wie möglich zu gestalten. Dies ist für einen kleinen Plausch, Tips für Ausflüge, Restaurants, usw. sehr nützlich gewesen. Man fühlte sich aber in keinster Weise gestört und war trotzdem für sich, wenn man dies so möchte. Der Oberhammer ist natürlich die Poolterasse, auf der wir so manch heißen Tag verbrachten. Auch unser Hund hat sch wie zuhause gefühlt und es war kein Problem, ihn bei einem Tagesausflug einfach bei den Vermietern zu lassen. Kurz und gut: ein rundum gelungener Urlaub und wir empfehlen die Ferienwohnung wärmstens weiter!

Man kann es kaum besser treffen

Das Ferienhaus ist toll. So stellt man sich die Provence vor. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und alles ist sehr gepflegt. Der Weg nach Cannes ist kurz. Gerade mal 10 minuten mit dem Auto. Entweder man nutzt die vielen Ausflugmöglichkeiten oder entspannt sich am eigenen Pool. Es war ein wirklich toller Urlaub und kann dieses Angebot nur weiterempfehlen.
