The residence Barbeas is located in a long row of quiet dead end streets far from the highway that goes from La Roquette to the Mediterranean Sea. The villa is located on one of the sides of the vacation apartment and is in the middle of a 11000 m2 property where you will find olive and eucalyptus trees, palm trees and fruit trees that offer you shade. This property also has a typical Provencal style stone house from the 19th century - a 'mas'.

Our Holiday stay for 1 week in September 2009

My wife and I stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment which is ground floor and with a view at the rear of the property overlooking woods and this is a very quiet location. Good amenities and facilities, sofa, dishwasher, microwave, cooker and fridge freezer - all new. TV and broadband included. All clean and well maintained. Shared pool is available to use and outside chairs / loungers and table, ideal for breakfast and dinner. Twins beds are little on the small side though.
The location is about 30 minutues outside Cannes, and you will definately need a car, but Mougins is nearby and Grasse, both lovely towns. The local bakers and supermarket are 1-2km away.

Tom & Gabrielle are both very welcoming and friendly/helpful, but make sure you have a map and the exact address details, as we found it difficult to find on arrival.

Check out Antibes and Juan Pins if you want to tour the area.

Zwischen Strand, Natur und Kultur

Die Ferienwohnung ist, aufgrund der zentralen und ruhigen Lage, der ideale Ausgangpunkt für Tagestouren in die nähere Umgebung zwischen Provence und Cote d'Azur. Besonders toll ist die vielfältige Abwechslung zwischen Natur-, Kultur- und Badeurlaub. Man kann jeden Tag etwas anderes erleben und danach auf dem ruhigen Anwesen relaxen.
Einen Bäcker und eine Post gibt es im Ort (20 Minuten zu Fuss), die nächsten Supermärkte sind ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, zum Strand sind es etwa 20 Minuten.
Die Vermieter haben sich super um uns und unseren kleinen Sohn gekümmert und auch mit Spielzeug, Babystuhl oder einem Sonnenschirm & Kniffelbecher ausgeholfen. Vielen Dank nochmal für die tolle Zeit.
Die Wohnung hat alles was man für einen Ferienurlaub braucht, es gibt auch eine Gemeinschaftswaschmaschine.

wir haben in dieser wohnung 10 tage verbracht und es sehr genossen. schönes haus, toller pool, sicherer parkplatz und prima vermieter. wir werden bestimmt wieder hin fahren.

Wir haben in dieser Ferienwohnung im Juni 2009 zwei erholsame Wochen verbracht. Das Anwesen nebst Pool ist schön und hat eine sehr ruhige Lage, von der aus man viele Ausflugsziele erreichen kann. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit, so dass wir gerne an diesen Urlaub zurückdenken.
