Zentrale Wohnung über den Dächern der Altstadt,Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse, in der Sonne, mit Blick auf den Hafen,2 min Fußweg ins Leben rund um die Altstadt,von da aus gute Verbindungen auch ohne Auto zum Rest der Insel.....was will man mehr ,Erholung und Abenteuer nach belieben möglich

wie in der Beschreibung, nur schöner; ein sehr netter Kontakt und die Wohnung liegt Zentral mit Blick auf Ibiza-Stadt; übersichtlich und gemütlich eingerichtet mit Kochmöglichkeit und Wohlfühlsitzecke; ca. 3-5 Gehminuten liegen Bars, Kneipen, Restaurants, Markt, Geschäfte für jeden Geschmack bereit.
Derjenige, der nicht gern weit fährt, kann zu Fuß zum Sandstrand-Bettenburgen-Baden in ca. 20 Minuten.

Perfekt.

Sehr schöne, gemütliche Wohnung allerdings für 3 Personen nicht so ideal. Traumhafter Ausblick und tolle Umgebung.... Ausserdem angenehm ruhig ohne Strassenverkehr, die Wohnung kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Bewertungstext: "ganz süße Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen mitten im Zentrum.
Super Dachterasse mit Traumblick. Man kommt absolut ohne Auto aus und kann
sich dort prima selber verpflegen, wenn man keinen Bock auf das manchmal
super teuere und oft schlechte Essen außerhalb hat. Malerische Gassen
drumherum und absolute Ruhe trotz der zentralen Lage.
Außerdem ein ganz netter Empfang durch den Verwalter, der gerne mit Rat und
Tat zur Seite steht.
Absolut zu empfehlen !!!"
