Casa Dos Avós, (Grandparent’s house) is a typical Portuguese cottage which has been lovingly renovated. The house with its cottage style furnished rooms has a calm, peaceful character. The house is tastefully furnished with modern facilities and comfortably accommodates up to 6 persons. A delightful spot for you to relax and enjoy. Ideal for singles, couples and families with children. In the midst of a landscape conservation area of impressive nature close to the small town of Lagoa, our house lies peacefully and isolated from the conventional tourism of this oasis of relaxation. You have a fantastic view of the vineyards and citrus plantations which are typical to Algarve from the large terraces. It is only approx. 4-5 km to the marvellous beaches. Notes: There is a wash house with washing machine and another refrigerator outdoors. Various children's toys as well as an inflatable children's pool are found in the separate tool-shed. The estate boasts its own water supply with the best tested water quality. A large portion of the area is planted with olive trees, fig trees, almond trees and citrus trees and approx 2500 m² of it grows profitable grape-vines. Casa Dos Avós produces its own tasty wine. The large gardens enable you to undertake various sporting activities. Secure car parking space is available in the enclosed interior region of the estate.

Wir verbrachten dieses Jahr im Juni unseren Urlaub in Portugal und hätten keine bessere Unterkunft finden können ! Super geräumiges Haus (wir waren zu zweit) auch mit Kindern. Sehr ruhige Lage, die nächsten Nachbarn sind weit entfernt, nur die entzückende Hausverwalterin Maria Jose wohnt ca. 300m entfernt und hält das Haus rein und fein. Im Haus gibts alles was man für ein gemütlichen Urlaub braucht, auch alle deutschen Fernsehprogramme waren vorhanden. Der tolle große Grill war bestens gepflegt, so dass man einfach grillen "musste"! Alles in allem war es ein perfekter Urlaub und so möchten wir uns auch noch bei dem reibungslosen,einfachen Ablauf mit dem Hausbesitzer bedanken. Unser nächster Portugal-Urlaub wird auf jeden Fall wieder in diesem Haus sein!!!
