Apartment Miramar is located in a calm residential area in Can Picafort, around 100 m away from the beach. You have a direct panorama view over the sea and - thanks to an extendable marquee - you can use the balcony all the time, even during midsummer heat. The apartment is bright and friendly - it has three bedrooms with five sleeps. An additional baby bed can be provided free of charge. A cosy dining area, a large kitchen, a washing machine as well as a living area with Sat-TV contribute to the comfortable and friendly atmosphere. Located in Alcudia Bay in North-East Majorca, Can Picafort is a well-known, family-friendly seaside resort, which emerged from a small fishing village. The town has a long sea front promenade with plenty of restaurants and bars. Southeast of the marina, there is also a small residential area of Majorcan locals. Can Picafort has a flat, sloping sandy beach. The adjacent Playa de Muro (in Alcudia Bay) with its sand dunes is a bit wider and calmer. Can Picafort is about 60 km away from Palma. The town itself is surrounded by forests and therefore ideal for nature lovers. Can Picafort is also a perfect destination for those who enjoy some exercise during their holiday. On the 10 km long beach, almost all sorts of water sports are offered. Numerous restaurants, cafes and bars as well as shopping and other leisure facilities contribute to Can Picafort's popularity.

Gemütliche Wohnung! Klasse Preis/Leistung!

Wir hatten die Wohnung im August 2009 mit 2 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern für 11 Tage gemietet und dort einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, nur wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt und dennoch in einer relativ ruhigen Wohngegend Can Picaforts in einer Seitenstraße mit Meerblick (vom Balkon aus).

2 Doppelzimmer und 1 Einbettzimmer, prima für eine Familie wie wir mit 3 Kindern! Sie entsprach genau den Angaben im Internet, alles was man sich von einer Ferienwohnung erhofft, von der Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer bis zur Bratpfanne, war vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist durchgängig gefliest und war sehr sauber.

Netter Willkommensgruß mit Obstteller und ner Flasche Rotwein....!

Ein besonderes Lob möchten wir der Betreuung von Fewo-direkt vor Ort aussprechen. Alles war hier von Anfang bis Ende vorbildlich organisiert, Ansprechpartner war immer sofort erreichbar und hat alles bestens "gemanagt"! Auch die Übernahme/Abgabe der Wohnung hat prima funktioniert.

Insgesamt eine gemütliche, geräumige Wohnung für einen tollen Preis!

Wir haben zum ersten Mal über Fewo-direkt eine Wohnung gebucht, aber nach diesen positiven Erfahrungen sicher nicht das letzte Mal!

Ruhiges Appartement mit Top-Lage ! Ruhige Seitenstrasse und trotzdem unmittelbare Strand- und Promenadennähe ! Einfach genial ! Zweckmässig, nicht ganz modern, aber gemütlich eingerichtet.

Sehr schön gelegenes Appartement

Trotz eines Mißverständnisses bei Buchung des Appartements wurden wir vor Ort freundlich und kompetent durch Ansprechpartner der Fa. "FeWo direkt" betreut ! Das Appertement selbst liegt sehr schön in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, nur ca. 3 Minuten Fußweg zum langen Strand entfernt und war mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub benötigt. (Microwelle, Waschmaschine etc.) Auch wenn die Einrichtung etwas altmodisch anmutet, hat sie doch Charme und man kann sich dort sehr wohlfülen. Restaurants, Bars etc. gibt es reichlich in Can Picafort, wer allerdings den Discourlaub sucht ist in anderen Orten (z.B. Cala Ratjada) besser aufgehoben. Als Restauranttip können wir nur das Strandrestaurant (Oma & Opa) empfehlen; Tolle Paella, klasse Fisch- u. Fleischgerichte und ein toller Service machen das genau am Meer liegende kleine Lokal aus.
Wir waren mit 4 Personen in dem o.g. Appartement und können es auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen, zumal auch das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.
