The house is located in a peaceful region on a side street. The apartment is comfortably equipped and has modern furnishing. The 400 m garden is enclosed and child-friendly. A ping pong table is available for our guests as well. In the garden you will find a large stone grill where you can grill typical food. The fish or the meat for this can be found at the daily fresh market in the city centre and the old (15 min. on foot). 100 m the house you will find a bakery and 200 m further a grocery store, a large supermarket is also not far away. The closest beach, a pebble beach, is 300 m from the house. 800 m away you will find a sand beach. All beaches slowly deepen and are ideal for all ages. On site you will always find somebody who speaks German from the family and they will be available as a contact.

Our holiday homes is located in Biograd, a lively city on the Croatian Adriatic coast. It is a tourism resort, but not a tourism wasteland - this means you will spend your holiday with locals and get to know the land, the people and their way of life. Thanks to its location, it offers a diverse landscape with different offers. The landscape that makes Croatia so popular with its national and natural parks offers ideal day excursions from our holiday home. Here we should mention the Krka waterfalls, Paklenica, the island world of Kornati, the world-famous Plitvicer lakes and the Nordvelebit. Furthermore, the Bay of Telascica and the largest lake of Croatia and fishing paradise of Vransko Jezero. Old Mediterranean and historic cities like Zadar, Split, Sibenik or Trogir, partially under UNESCO protection, are also here nearby. The beach is 300 m, supermarket 100 m, bakery 40 m and the centre is 800 m away.

Our first visit to Croatia was great!

We had a super stay in this clean, spacious, well furnished apartment in a large house which is situated in a quiet road.
There were two excellent shower/wc rooms, two balconies for sun all day and beautiful views across the marina and sea. The larger balcony had sunbeds, table and plenty of chairs and a lovely barbeque (there's another one in the garden too). There were large roll-down sunblinds for when it got too hot! The smaller balcony had a table and chairs on it. Four nicely furnished bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Large sofa and chairs in the lounge. All the cups, plates, glasses, dishes, frying pan, saucepans, that you would ever need, full-size fridge and cooker. A small bakers 2 minutes up the road which sold lovely bread, cakes and croissants.
Mareo couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful, meeting us at the airport and giving plenty of local information, the restaurant he recommended was especially good.
Biograd is a lovely town with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance, and the local people went out of their way to help us.
A big thank you to Grandma who kept a look out for our taxi on our last day and was there to wave us goodbye!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon!

Super Vermieterin, (Unser Flug ging erst abends und wir mussten um 10:00 aus dem Haus raus, aber sie hat uns extra ein aufenthalts Apartmant ca 300 Meter weiter verschafft wo wir uns duschen konnten und verpflegen. Natürlich wurden wir auch mit dem Auto dorthin transportiert)
