Photos and Description of this Allgaeu/Lake Constance /Upper Swabia holiday apartment

This is a 55 sqm ground floor apartment with floor heating within a new built house. The apartment got a independent entrance and parking place upfront the house. The apartment consists of a double sleeping room, a living room with a daybed for 2 more people and a SAT-TV/Radio. There is a completely equiped kitchenette with dish washer. The Bathroom is equiped with shower/WC and hairdryer. Towels and bed-linen are provided. The use of a washing machine is optional possible. There is a roofed terrace facing south with garden furniture and a barbecue in a very quiet and sunny location. The region is ideal for bycicling or hiking directly from your doorstep. In winter there are cross country skiing trails and a little ski lift (at the Wittoh, about 3km away)

Directly at the hillside of the Wittoh, Biesendorf allows a lot of activities in the surrounding areas. Direction to Tuttlingen you'll find the drain of the river Donau. The Lake Constance and the Black Forest is within a distance of 30km and the charming landscape of the Hegau invites you for biking or hiking. Several Golf courts are availbel to provide loads of funn to the pasionated friends of the green. For children we have a lot of open air baths and fun baths in very close distance. For animal friends there are the leisure park Bodanruck and the Black Forest Park available. The Monkey's Hill in Salem will provide fun with their Berber-Monkeys as you can handfeed them. Nature Lovers will find several Resorts around our area where rare flora and fauna can be spoted.

der Empfang durch den Vermieter war sehr herzlich. Die Wohnung entsprach in allen Dingen dem Inserat. Vieles Extras, wie ein gefüllter Obstkorb, Getränke im Kühlschrank sowie Kaffee mit Filtertüten haben uns angenehm überrascht. Wir fühlten uns gleich mit unserem großen Hund wie
zu Hause. Der Vermieter war stets für unsere Belange da. Wir können ohne
Einschränkung diese schöne, saubere Bleibe weiter empfehlen. Die Umgebung lädt zu Wanderungen ein sowie zu Ausflügen rund um den Bodensee. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Die Wohnung ist neuwertig (2006) und hat eine perfekte Ausstattung, sowohl was Einrichtung als auch was Grundausstattung mit Gewürzen, Haushaltsartikeln, etc. angeht. Dazu kommt eine sehr freundliche Unterstützung durch die Vermieter, ohne das es aufdringlich ist.
Da das Haus in einem kleinen Dorf liegt, ist man auf ein Auto zwingend angewiesen, keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Dorf.

Wirklich eine traumhafte Landschaft

Die Angaben von diesem Feriendomizil waren zutreffend. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Vermieter ließen keine Wünsche offen und sind sehr hilfsbereit Es war einfach alles in der Ferienwohnung vorhanden über Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Staubsauger, Spülmaschine und vieles mehr.
Einen Willkommensgruß mit frischen Obst, was liebevoll dekoriert war und Getränke im Kühlschrank gab es auch.
Von der Ferienwohnung aus kann man wunderschön spazieren gehen oder wandern. Man hat dort eine traumhafte Aussicht über den Hegau. Den Bodensee erreicht man in ca. 30Min. sowie Ausflugsziele in die Schweiz, z.B. Schaffhausen, Stein am Rhein sind auch nahe Ausflugsziele.
Wir werden diese Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall gerne weiterempfehlen, da wir uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt haben.

Viel grün, ideal zum entspannen

Die Beschreibung der FeWo sagt viel aus, idyllische, ruhige Lage, ausser Kirchenglocken und Vogelgezwitscher ist nichts zu hören, abseits vom Tourismus. Besonderheiten sind der separate Eingang, Parkplatz direkt am Haus, Neubau, Terrasse. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es gibt sogar Backpapier und Küchenrolle, nur um ein Beispiel zu nennen, was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Zwar gibt es keine Microwelle, dafür einen kleinen Geschirrspüler, was viel wichtiger ist. Die komplette FeWo ist sehr gepflegt, Handtücher etc. sind inkl. und interessante Lektüre (Zeitschriften, Bücher, Reiseführer) gibt es zum schmökern. Am meisten hat mich das Willkommens-Obst-Geschenk gefreut, das liebevoll dekoriert auf dem Tisch stand und die insgesamt sehr persönliche und nette "Betreuung". Als Ausflugsziele sind die Insel Reichenau, Konstanz, Stein am Rhein und Wanderungen in der Umgebung empfehlenswert. Als Tipp: einen Pullover mehr einpacken, es könnte auch im Sommer frisch werden. Fazit: man kann hier sehr schöne Urlaubstage verbringen und richtig relaxen. Uneingeschränkt weiterzuempfehlen!
