Ca'n Jordi is a single family house with an already long history. The original building was built before approx. 30 years as summer 'Casita' at that time. After several owners and appropriate changes it is today a small piece of jewellery and paradise. On a beautifully garden property on of approximately 1,240 square meter for you as a guest a floor space of approximately 200 square meter on two floors (150 square meter ground floor, 50 square meter upper floor) is available to you, as well as further approx. 70 square meter, partly considered, terraces at the disposal. Also an external grill is not missing for the summer nights, as the cosy fire-places and furnaces for the winter in living and dining-room. Because thanks of the central heating Ca'n Jordi is available the whole year! Rents can be done either only the ground floor or the entire house as unit.

From the airport to Cala Muarda it is approx. 65 km and due to the motorway existing to LLucmajor and the then very well removed roads it only takes 50 to 60 minutes travel time. Cala Murada lies approximately in the center between the two more well-known places Cala D'Or and Porto Cristo. The village Cala Murada is an Urbanisation which is functioning and already existing for a long time in the southeast of Mallorca. The existing Urbanisation consists predominantly of houses and/or villas with appropriate properties. Thus the entire Urbanisation is much green and is suitable also for expanded walks. The houses are used both as holiday houses and as normal houses inhabited all year round. Thus the Urbanisation is at each season a pleasant place for a stay. In the Cala Murada you find two supermarkets, two banks, hairdresser, cosmetician, laundry and a post office beside various restaurants and bars. Also a small library is operated by the municipality.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The above prices are only for the ground floor; for renting additionally the 1. floor as well there is an additional charge of 40,- Euro per day. For each stay there is a additionally fee of Euro 130,- respectively with 1st floor Euro 160,- for the handover-cleaning. The house is to be given back clean swept at the end of renting.
  • The shown rate includes the costs for linen, towels, electricity and water. With stays longer than 10 days bed linen and towels are changed as well as a intermediate cleaning is done every 7 days (can also be booked separately against extra fee, see price list).
  • A deposit of 30 % of the whole rent has to be paid with the reservation. The rest has to be paid 8 weeks before departure in our account. The apartment is available at approx. 2:00 pm. In case you are there earlier, your luggage can be placed in the house. On departure were asking to leave the apartment by latest 10:00 am; on arrival day the house will be availbale approx. at 2:00 pm.

Golf: Ca'n Jordi lies approx. 10 minutes (by car) to the golf course Vall D'Or Golf (for which you can get discounted green fees from us), one of the attractive golf courses on Majorca. In addition, the places Son Antem (east/west) or Capdepera are good with the car to reach. An ideal point for a pleasant and varied golf vacation. The Ca'n Jordi has sufficiently subordination places for your golf equipment. We co-operate locally with transport enterprises, to it adjusted are Golfer and their equipment (also in small groups) to be transported. I.e. we cannot only offer as Golfer an economical airport transfer to us, but also help to come you during your golf course planning to the appropriate golf courses and/or be again fetched. Also we are gladly helpful in the reservation of the starting times.

Wunderschöne Finca in an toller Bucht

Dieses Haus entspricht den grossen Erwartungen nach der Internetbeschreibung voll und ganz, es ist sogar noch besser.
Mit allem eingereichtet was man benötigt und auch nicht.
Extrem netter Empfang durch die Verwaltung.
Klimaanlagen sind auf Mallorca Mangelware, es standen aber genug Ventilatoren in der Garage.
Mietwagen ist empfehlenswert, da man doch ab und zu nach felanitix oder Cala Dòr in den Supermarkt fahren muss, der kleine im Ort hatte leider kein Grillzeugs.
Die Cala Murada ist für Kinder geeignet, da meistens ruhiger als die anderen Buchten, weniger Wellen gang bei Wind.
Wir würden dieses Haus jederzeit zu 100% empfehlen,
wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Grillecke mit dem tollen Aussenkamin war extrem gemütlich.

Supertolles Haus in einer wunderschönen, ruhigen Lage: sauber, gepflegt, mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt, großzügig geschnitten - alles entsprach den Beschreibungen. Allerdings wäre eine Klimaanlage angenehm gewesen, zumindest in der oberen Wohnung. Ein Mietauto ist unbedingt zu empfehlen, auch wenn der kleine Supermarkt im Ort gut zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Auch zum Strand von Cala Murada könnte man zu Fuß gehen, allerdings ist die Badebucht Cala Domingos schöner, und für die Strecke bietet sich ein Auto an.
Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter war ausgezeichnet. Ich würde das Haus bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen! Tipp: Man sollte sich unbedingt ein Essen im Restaurant "Sol y Vida" gönnen, das ist ein Genuss! Aber auch die kleinen Restaurants im Ort sind empfehlenswert. Kurz: ein Ferienhaus und -ort für Menschen, die Ruhe suchen!
