The villa is arranged in a luxury and tasteful style (built in the five stars´ Mediterranean style): 84 m² suite, a 50 m² studio, each with loggia, or a 19 m² apartment. Located 300 m away from the lake in the middle of a forest, 5 km west of Postdam, facing the island town of Werder. It offers a high quality arrangement with granite floors, floor heating system, central ventilation system, WLAN, suitable for people with allergies and barrier free. Own parking lot in the back side of the house. Personal catering (breakfast by arrangement); bed linen and bath towels included in the rental price, also table tennis, Finn- sauna/bio- sauna or infrared cabin for a low fee. Public pool, play ground and 700 meters ways a vacation place where you can rent canoes. Motor boats at Werder. Public transportation: near train station Werder- Havel. Trains in ½ hour to Postdam, in 15 minutes to Berlin- Hbf in 30 minutes. Bahnhof Werder is 20 minutes away by foot. Bus service to Postdam during the week

Radio caption; half- covered west- loggia (6 m2) with garden furniture for 2 people; living area (35 m²): five west- windows at floor level and one skylight, sleeping couch with duckboards 1,6 x 2 m (see apartment), wall unit and closet, occasional table made of glass, oval dinning table, 4 cushioned and adjustable chairs, open kitchen (9 m²) *: refrigerator, dish washer, microwave, ceramic hob, sink, coffee machine, water boiler. Im Mai 2009 haben wir (3 Erwachsene) einen Kurzurlaub in dieser sehr gepflegten 2-Personen-Wohnung nahe Potsdam verbracht. Und obwohl wir zu dritt waren (der Hausherr stellte uns kurzerhand ein elektrisch betriebenes Luftbett zur Verfügung), war noch genügend Platz vorhanden. Herrliche Ruhe, schöne Aussicht, gepflegte Einrichtung, die Nähe zu Potsdam und Werder und ein sehr hilfsbereiter Hausherr machten diesen Urlaub zu einem wahren Vergnügen. Für 2 Personen super und auch für 3 Personen eine gute Möglichkeit
