The finca 'Casa Esperanza' is located in the quiet Andalucian interior. Set in a 4000 m² plot surrounded by rolling hills, it is part of a small village called 'La Canada del Taraje'. The long white sandy beaches of the Costa de la Luz are only a 15 minute drive away. The house offers accommodation for up to 8 people. The house has 2 bedrooms, kitchen/dining area, lounge and bathroom. The apartment has 1 bedroom, kitchen/dinner and bathroom. Amenities available: Satellite TV, Hi-Fi and fully equipped kitchen including: washing machine and dishwasher. The Mexican style furniture gives the house a farmhouse feel which fits well into the countryside atmosphere.

Nearby is La Breña coastal pine forest, the Two Oceans trail, the Alcornocales cork forest, the mountains of Grazalema, La Janda wetlands and the famous Donaña national park. As the closest point to Africa this area is the main migration point for birds and thus ideal for those who enjoy birdwatching.

Sports and free time activities: The coast is perfect for windsurfing, kitesurfing and surfing. Whale watching can be enjoyed in Tarifa and there are six nearby golf courses. Cyclists will find a wide range of routes, with both the racing cyclist and the mountain biker well-catered for. Or just relax on any of the long and unspoilt sandy beaches where the Mediterranean sea meets the Atlantic ocean. And of course Andalucia is a paradise for horse riding. Visit the royal riding school in Jerez de la Frontera and admire the pure-bred noble Andalucian horses. Or go horse riding on the beach or through the countryside.

Wir haben während unserer Elternzeit eine dreimonatige Auszeit in der Casa Esperanza verbringen dürfen. Ein Traum, so unser Fazit. Tolle, ländliche Umgebung, wunderbare Ausflugsziele, grandiose Strände und nicht zuletzt ein stilvolles, heimeliges und entspannendes Ambiente in der Casa und drumherum. Auch für Familien mit Kindern sehr zu empfehlen! Sehr nette Betreuung vor Ort durch die Hausverwalter, Gerhard & Julie.

Ausstattung: Schön und authentisch eingerichtet, sehr gepflegt, alles vorhanden (Küchenausstattung, Waschmaschine, Stereoanlage, SAT-TV, Strand-Equipment, Außenmobiliar, etc. etc. etc.). Durchweg gehobenes Niveau. Es fehlt an nichts. Nette Extras wie Dachterrasse, Hängematte und Schaukel. Geniale Außendusche mit Tropen-Flair.

Lage: Verkehrsgünstige und trotzdem sehr ruhige, grüne Lage in einer kleinen Siedlung. Einkaufen: 5 min. mit dem Auto, Restaurant und Bar: 5 min, Traumstrand El Palmar: 15 min. - Mietwagen erforderlich, öffentlicher Nahverkahr quasi nicht vorhanden.

Umgebung: Grün und ruhig. Ausflugsziele wie Vejer de la Frontera, Medina Sidonia, Cadiz oder auch Gibraltar, Sevilla und die Naturparks sind nicht weit entfernt.

Vielen Dank für 2 wunderschöne Wochen in der Casa Esperanza!!! Es gibt Ferienhäuser, da ist man nur zu Gast. In der Casa Esperanza haben wir uns vom ersten Moment an wie zuhause gefühlt.
Stilvolle Einrichtung, idyllischer Garten mit vielen Blumen, der zur Siesta, zum Planschen, Spielen und Genießen einlädt.
Wir können das Haus nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Super Finca, toller, ruhiger Ort, jenseits der gewöhnlichen Touristenreisen und sehr nette Vermieter.

Die in der Announce angegeben Beschreibung kann ich zu 100% bestätigen, habe dort einen meiner schönsten Urlaube verbracht.

Die Finca ist mit viel Herz eingerichtet worden! Abends nach dem Strand oder der Städtetour am rustikalen, einladenden Küchentisch zu sitzen und bei einem Glas Wein den Tag ausklingen zu lassen ist ebenso entspannend wie nach ein wenig Sport auf der Dachterasse den Sternenhimmel zu bewundern. Ausgezeichnete Ferien hier zu verbringen ist sehr gut möglich. Samad

wirklich sehr schönes haus mit viel platz. die strände sind fantastisch und mit dem auto gut zu erreichen. wir waren schon mehrfach da und würden immer wieder gerne kommen.
