The detached bungalow contains a large living room with kitchen corner, two double bedrooms and two modern shower bathrooms with toilet. You can relax outside in the garden, on the covered terrace or the roof terrace from where there is a wonderful view of the sea, and on clear days you can see Marbella, the rock of Gibraltar and Africa. You can relax undisturbed and not over-looked here in the loungers, breakfasting, having a barbecue, playing games and sports. The living room contains a seating corner and a dining table. The kitchen, curtained off, contains a propane gas cooker with oven, freezer and fridge. Bed linen, towels and tablecloths are provided. There is also a satellite TV, washing machine, a grill and a parking space in the garden. In the cooler seasons you can use the open fireplace or central heating. German agents are available to help you.

Nearest Airport: Malaga at 40 Kilometres
Nearest Train: Fuengirola at 15 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 150 Metres
The bungalow is located approx. 150 metres above the sea and 150 metres from the Cadiz-Malaga coastal road in a quiet side street. The beach has fine, light-coloured sand and you can walk for miles, e.g. to Marbella (6 km) or towards Fuengirola to the harbour of Capopino (8 km). You can bathe comfortably in the sea till October. In season you can also go water-skiing, windsurfing, catamaran and paddle-boating. There are lots of beach pubs. The car hire is reachable on foot and there’s a bus stop right outside on the coastal road. In 10 minutes you’ll be in Marbella, a lively little town with lots of authentic shops and pubs in the Old Town and the largest sailing harbour in Spain, Porto Banus. By car or bus you can take day trips to Ronda, Granada, Sevilla, Cordoba and Gibraltar, and there are mountains and pine woods to walk and hike in
