The natural beach where you can go swimming, but where you can also arrange a romantic candlelight barbecue in the night or where you can enjoy some sangria in one of the many chiringuitos (beach bars) watching the fishermen in the night. Wunderschöne Villa mit sehr gepflegtem Interieur, die nahezu keine Wünsche offen lässt. Absolut uneinsehbares Grundstück mit tollen windgeschützten Terrassen, die 6 Personen auch die Möglichkeit geben, sich mal aus dem Weg zu gehen. Einzigartiger Ausblick, luxuriöse Bäder, Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer mit Fernbedienung steuerbar, amerikan. Kühlschrank, der den unendlichen Bedarf an Eiswürfeln bei extremer Hitze leicht bewältigt. Selbstversorgung kein Problem - innerhalb 10 Minuten sind nahezu alle Supermärkte erreichbar. Tolle Betreuung auch durch die Herren vorort, die nicht nur ein super Empfangsessen mit liebevoller Dekoration zubereiteten sondern auch bei jedem Problem sofort vorort waren. Absolut professionelles Verhalten. Der Begriff Villa Preciosa ist somit mehr als zutreffend - für uns alle war es nahezu ein SUENO und wir kommen wieder.

Ruhig gelegene Villa mit traumhaftem Ausblick.

Als Überraschung gibt es beim Empfang einen wunderschön gedeckten Tisch mit gutem Wein und warmen, frischem Brot. Und dies auf der Terrasse mit dem spektakulären Ausblick über den Pool auf das Meer. So sollte jeder Urlaub beginnen.
In der liebevoll eingerichteten Villa fehlt es an nichts.
Sie ist sehr ruhig, am Ende einer Sackgasse gelegen. Das Grundstück liegt uneinsehbar oberhalb der Stadt an einem Hang. Somit weht abends meistens eine angenehme Priese vom Meer herauf.
Nach unserem ersten Urlaub in der Villa „Casa Preciosa“ im Jahr 2007 haben wir für den nächsten Urlaub lange nach etwas vergleichbaren gesucht. Wir haben nichts Entsprechendes gefunden und somit für das Jahr 2008 wieder gebucht. Was soll ich sagen, für 2009 haben wir wieder nichts mit so einem Ausblick gefunden (trotz sehr intensiver Suche). Obwohl wir gern auch mal eine andere Ecke von Spanien sehen wollen, haben wir für 2009 wieder gebucht.

Die Villa ist auch gut für Urlaub mit Freunden geeignet. Sie hat im oberen Stockwerk eine komplett eingerichtete kleine Wohnung mit eigenem Eingang.

Dieses Feriendomizil lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der wunderschöne Meerblick ist wirklich einzigartig! Die Privatsphäre ist hier garantiert, da der gesamte Garten- und Poolbereich uneinsehbar sind.
Die hochwertige Ausstattung des Hauses ist als luxeriös, gepflegt und gemütlich zu bezeichnen. Der großzügige Terrassenbereich bietet reichlich Platz und genügend Möglichkeiten sowohl in der Sonne als auch im Schatten den Tag zu verbringen. Für den Halbschatten bieten sich auch die Liegeflächen unter den Palmen an.
Für Ruhesuchende ist dies das ideale Ferienhaus.
Für Paare die zusammen Urlaub machen möchten, jedoch etwas Abstand wahren wollen, ist die Einliegerwohnung in der ersten Etage ideal.
Alle Inserat-Angaben zu diesem Objekt und der Umgebungsbeschreibung treffen voll zu.
Wir haben bereits unseren nächsten Urlaub in dieser Villa gebucht und freuen uns schon sehr darauf!
