Baringo country house is a generously and well furnished house of approx. 140 m² on 2 floors. There’s a winter garden with direct access to the garden. The hillside location gives a fantastic view of the Central- and Chalk Alps. The cosy living/dining room of approx 50 m² contains a tiled stove, cable TV, CD player and radio. The fully fitted kitchen contains a dishwasher and microwave. The covered terrace with table and benches, grill and garden furniture are there for you to enjoy.

You’ll enjoy the wonderful mountain panorama all around this wooden house. There’s a fantastic, uninterrupted view of the Central- and Chalk Alps from this very quiet house and garden at the end of a cul-de-sac with no traffic. You can go for trips to the neighbouring mountains, to the Steinerne Sea, to the Seisenbergklamm, the Gross Glockner, or to the Lamprechtsofenloch (caves) etc. Although it’s very quiet, the house is quite central. Within max. 10 minutes you can reach the centre of Zell am See or Saalfelden and within 10-25 minutes you can get to 5 different ski districts – the largest interlinked skiing district in Austria – such as Saalbach-Hinterglemm, Zell am See, Leogang, Maria Alm and the glacier in Kaprun. Right in front of the house you can enter the Maishofen-Lahntal –Saalfelden cross country network. Lots of lake bathing spots e.g. Zeller See and several really good golf courses are in this neighbourhood.
