Our bungalow is located in a quiet complex in Calpe, only 400 meters from the sea (sandy beach and beautiful promenade) 8-10 minutes by foot away. Shopping facilities only 150 meters away. Hourly bus connections to the town of Calpe (beautiful Spanish old town, weekly market on Saturday). There are countless restaurants with specialties from many different countries. Alicante and Valencia airport are 50 and 75 miles away respectively. We will be sure to let you know about the cheapest car rental companies in the region or about taxis and will tell you about beautiful day trip destinations in the region. We will do everything in our power to make your holiday an unforgettable experience.

Calpe, a former fishing village is located south of the Sierra de Montgo with runs from the west to the east of southern Spain. The symbol of the Costa Blanca, the “Penon de Ifach” is located in Calpe. It is Natural Park with unique flora and fauna and cliff lines with impressive views from the cliffs. In Calpe the sun shines more than 300 days per year and the temperature seldom sinks below 10 degrees celsius. The town is famous for its cuisine, its fiestas and its fishing harbor with the daily fish auction. Anyone who is interested can do many kind of water sports here (Swimming, diving, sailing, windsurfing, water skiing, fishing). Those who prefer to take it easy will be happy swimming in the sea or the pool and can enjoy a holiday on their own terms. Further day trip destinations include, Alicante, Valencia, Benidorm, Denia, the Safari Park in Aitana with its exotic animals, diverse caves, Guadales and the Sierra Bernia.

For long term tenants: Minimum of 450 Euro per month. In this case the price also depends on length of stay. Also electricity and gas charges are calculated according to usage. Additional charges: Final cleaning charge of 45 Euro (For guests with pets 55 Euro).
  • When you are flexible, you can take advantage of a “gap” in the booking schedule. In these cases we will be glad to offer you a special offer price. Just ask us.
  • Our bungalow is also suitable for long term guests and stays during winter (central heating). The price is according to the length of the stay. Please tell us what you need!

One of the two rooms has place for a fold up children's bed (is available).

Notes: Kitchen: lovely wooden kitchen with 2 ring gas hob and another ceramic hob with space for two pans, etc. Outside area. We have a beautiful terrace in front of the house with a small garden and an open courtyard area with a covered pergola, additional fridge, outside shower and barbecue area. You can bring your own bed linen or you can rent it from us, please let us know. Pets are permitted on request( In this case the final cleaning charge is 55 Euro). The house is not currently wheelchair friendly, as the bathroom and bedroom doors are too narrow. Also the house is raised off the ground with a small step up to the entrance. Non-smokers: We kindly ask our guests not to smoke in the house itself.
