Beautiful, peacefully located villa with a view of the city Calpe, on the sea and on the mountain Penon de Ifach. Peaceful property, about 1000 m², with large garden on a peaceful side street. Short distances to the beach, city and shopping market. Large pool with Roman steps, pool terrace, extra sun terraces and pool shower outside. The house has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 living rooms and 2 American kitchens. Space for up to 9 people. Sophisticated furnishing with television, DVD, dishwasher, microwave, oven, washing machine and crib. There is a BBQ space with a gas grill. The accommodation is ideal for the summer and winter. Air conditioning and central heating is available.

Calpe is an attractive holiday resort for summer and winter. The city is located near the sea with well-kept beaches, a harbour, shopping options in the city, museums, cultural events for young and old and restaurants. The Calpe marina offers options for yacht charters and boat excursions. Mountains jut out behind the city - some are more than 1000 m high and invite you to go hiking, climbing, mountain biking and expansive mountain tours. Nearby you will find the recreational park "Terra Mitica". Not far from Altea, waterfalls from the "Fons de Algare" invite you for a day excursion. In Muxamiel, near Alicante, you have the option of going on engine powered flights and flights along the coast and above the Costa Blanca.
