This comfortably furnished house Casa Monika is just behind Marbella in a picturesque valley of olive groves. There is one bedroom with two large single beds, a bathroom and a guest WC. The large open kitchen is fully equipped for all your daily needs. The kitchen gives access to the large living room and the terrace, with plenty of sun and also a shaded area. There’s underfloor heating for cooler weather, and roller blinds to protect you from the sun. For a cosy evening in there’s satellite TV with radio and a CD player.

Monda, a so-called white village, lies just behind the Costa del Sol, approx. 17 km from Marbella. You get to the town from the coast via a well-constructed country road in 20 minutes by car. The country house is a short way away from the town itself in a small tranquil estate right beside an olive grove with a fantastic view over the valley and the nearby, rustic castle of Monda. In the village there are lots of shops, restaurants and bars. It’s only a few minutes by car to the large shopping centre where you can shop till your heart’s content. For sport lovers the town offers a swimming bath, tennis courts, riding horses, quad bikes, a shooting pitch, and walks of all kinds. Culture lovers will enjoy day trips to Granada, Cordoba, Sevilla or even a trip to the next continent - from Tarifa by ferry it takes 35 min. to Tangier.

  • Other costs: for electricity, water and final cleaning there’s a once-only fee of 70 Euro. In November, December and January we charge per week 40 Euro for heating. Please pay 20 % of the price on booking, the rest in cash on receipt of the keys, including a breakages deposit of 100 Euro. The breakages deposit will be returned on departure if there are no problems.
