An exclusive house with private, solar heated pool and a large terrace with covered sitting area and lake view. Pool and terraces are 'screened in' to protect from insects. It is located in a gated community, only 12-14 minutes by car to beautiful sand beaches and numerous places to shop. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living/dining room, fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast nook, a utility room with washing machine and dryer as well as a double garage (1 parking space). Thanks to its clever lay out, it is divided into 2 separate sleeping quarters and this is especially good for 2 friends or family members. Enjoy the (most!) wonderful weather at the pool or beach and the exclusivity of this house - that is a relaxing and comfortable holiday! The house can be occupied by up to 5 adults or 4 adults with 2 children!
