Swimming pool with loungers and your own parking space. Your own large terrace and a balcony for sunbathing or sitting in the shade. The apartment has its own entrance. It was newly renovated in Provencal style. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. In the 1st bedroom there is a large wardrobe and 2 separate beds which have been pushed together but can also be pushed apart. In the 2nd bedroom there is a sofa bed. There is also a desk and a bookshelf. We recommend it for 3 persons. In the winter garden there are 2 couches each to seat 2-3 persons. There is also a TV with satellite programmes (German and French).

This 3 room apartment is in a house with 4 apartments, which each has a separate entrance on the terrace (see picture with table & chairs). It is on the hill above Cavalaire sur Mer (approx. 17 km west of St. Tropez) in a cul-de-sac and very tranquil in a very good residential area. 20 minutes on foot to the beach. The panoramic view of the town, the sea and the mountains is unique!

Toll ausgestattete Küche mit allem was man benötigt, wenn man auch mal selbst kochen will. Lage der Fewo einmalig, ruhig und mit einem fantastischen Blick über ganz Cavalaire und die Bucht. Da wird das Abendessen auf dem Balkon zu einem Erlebnis. Sehr netter Kontakt zu den Wohnungseigentümern, lief alles völlig problemlos.
