The apartment has two large terraces. The main 35² terrace offers nicely views over the sea and the private enclosed garden (25 m²). From this garden you can overlook also the community gardens and the main community pools. The whole apartment has been furnished to a light and comfortable style with numerous decorations and lamps. Each room in is a different colour. The living room is in a warm red colour with a very comfortable lounge area with large sofa and 2 armchairs. The dining area is in a Spanish style and offers a large dining table with sideboard to seat up to 4 people. From the living room you have direct access to the main terrace with nicely views over the coastline towards Marbella and out to sea. On the main terrace is a garden table with 4 chairs and 2 sun beds. The master bedroom is furnished very tastefully with en-suite shower room and direct access to the main terrace. The second bedroom is in a Spanish style. The hillside terrace offers a second garden table.

The Urbanisation 'Terrazas de la Bahia' is built on a small hill, beside the beach in the Bahia de Casares. So you enjoy a free view over the Mediterranean and the coast of Casares. The urbanisation is only 10km far away from the village of Casares, which is called 'pearl' of this region. This is a small typical Andalusian village with small picturesque alleyways. On the highest elevation, there is an old spire and a peel; from this place you have a wonderful prospect to the strait of Gibraltar. It’s not far to the famous lookout point Mirador de Juanar and to the Valle de los Naranjos with its unique orange-woods. The next small village with numerous shopping, dining and facilities to go out is Sabinillas/Manilva in 3 min. by car. The bigger and vitally Estepona is in 8 min. accessible. To the small intimate marina of Puerto de la Duguesa is 4 min. by car drive, Marbella and Puerto Banus in 20 min. It is a 10 minute walking distance to the sandy beach.

  • All prices are quoted for selfcatering holidays per night. Additional costs: water and electricity: EUR 35,-/week; final cleaning, hand towels and bed linen EUR 100,- /Refundable damage deposit: EUR 200,- (This is a refundable security deposit, any damages or breakages to the property will be deducted from this deposit after your departure. If there are no damages the deposit will be transferred to the bank account of the client at least at 14 days after his departure.)

    Booking conditions: A deposit of 30% of the invoice will be required to secure your reservation with the balance to be paid by at least 42 days before arrival date.
  • Cancellations: Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. The following cancellation charges will be payable:
    1. More than 57 days notice given - loss of 50% of reservation payment.
    2. between 56 - 43 days notice given - loss of reservation payment.
    3. between 42 - 15 days notice given - loss of 70% of total payment
    4. 14 days or less notice given - loss of total payment (refundable damage deposit will be refunded).

Need to know about Estepona: Estepona is a small charming city on the Costa del Sol with over 50.000 citizens. Situated between Marbella and Gibraltar, not far away from the marina town of Puerto Banus. Estepona has saved successful its character of a typical Andalusian village in spite of a growing tourism. In the centre you will find the Plaza Las Flores, one charming constructed meeting point. In his neighbourhood you will find several bars, coffees, tapas bars and shops along the pedestrian area or the old city centre. Mentionable is the bullfighting arena of Estepona, drafted on plans of Salvador Dali and has the adequate charisma. Wir haben sehr entspannte 14 Tage in dieser schönen Wohnung verbracht.
Die Beschreibung ist absolut zutreffend gewesen!
Der Kontakt zum Vermieter und zur Verwalterin war ausgesprochen freundlich!
Bei Fragen oder kleineren Problemen z.B. mit der Sat.-Anlage oder der fehlenden Kaffeemaschine wurde umgehend geholfen und Abhilfe geschaffen.
Allerdings war der Weg zum Strand, bzw. die vielen Treppenstufen zur Wohnung für unsere 3-jährige Tochter zu Fuß schwer zu bewältigen! Aber mit dem Auto ist man in 2 min. am Strandparkplatz, an dem wir die Strandbar La Sal sehr weiterempfehlen möchten. Das Essen und die Gastfreundschaft hier waren einfach Spitze!!
Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle nochmals, für das nette Willkommenspaket im Kühlschrank!!!
Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!!

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Geschmackvolle und dezente Einrichtung. Schöne Terasse mit kleinem netten Garten. Zu Fuss zum Meer ca. 5 Min. Sehr ruhige Lage. Wir haben dort eine Woche relaxt und dafür ist die Wohnung ideal.
