Casa Can Juana is situated on the edge of Sineu but also only a few minutes foot walk into the historical part of the village. The house was reformed and modernized completely. It is equipped with modern and partly new furniture. The house has various terraces in different levels, where you can either have sunbaths, relax in the shade or enjoy the marvellous views towards the village or the landscape. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, completely equipped kitchen, living room, dining room a garden with pool and BBQ offers an ideal basement for vacations in one of the typical and interesting Majorcan villages in the centre of the island - far away from all-inclusive-tourism. Casa Can Juana - a perfect vacation domicile for the whole family. Sineu further has a beautiful public pool, two tennis courts, football field, bicycle race track and the next beach is only 20 Min. by car away.

Sineu is a beautiful village in the centre of Majorca. It’s a perfect base for excursions all over the island. Situated in the centre one needs more or less 30 min. to every spot on the coast or to Palma Airport. The village has a good infrastructure: supermarkets, pharmacies, a lot of bars and restaurants as well as several of the typical Majorcan cellars. Wednesday is market day - one of the last markets selling animals - a tourist attraction. Try to be there before all tourists are arriving approx. 10.00 a.m. and enjoy your Cafe con Leche together with a fresh Ensaimada on the church square in between the fruit and vegetable market. This is authentic life of the Majorcans.

Zauberhafte Oase mitten im Dorf

Dieses gepflegte und große Dorfhaus ist eine Wucht, ein echter Geheimtip mitten in Sineu. Man tritt ein in eine Eingangshalle, der sich der großzügigen Essbereich anschließt, zur Küche hinaus wird man in einen zauberhaften Innenhof mit kleinem Garten, Pool, Terrasse und eigenem Grillhäuschen geführt. Sehr idyllisch. Die Schlafzimmer sind ausreichend groß, die Matratzen bequem, das Haus ist tip top gepflegt. Die Küche mit allem ausgestattet. Zu Fuss ist man in nur wenigen Minuten mitten im Dorf. Einfach perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Tip für Familien mit Kindern im Teenie Alter: Sineu hat ein sehr schönes öffentliches Schwimmbad mit Liegewiese plus 2 Tennisplätze. Hier treffen sich im Sommer die Kids aus dem Dorf, es ist ordentlich was los dort und in der Schwimmbad Bar kann man hervorragend Kleinigkeiten essen. Die Abwicklung war erstklassig und die Betreuung vor Ort äußerst sympathisch und hilfreich.
Sehr empfehlenswert auch um das typisch mallorquinische Leben kennen zulernen. Urlaub der ganz anderen Art - der mediterranen eben! Mit ein paar Brocken Spanisch schließt man schnell Freundschaft mit den Nachbarn, einfach einzigartig. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Wer Mallorca kennenlernen möchte und mal in jede Ecke der Insel möchte ist in Sineu genau richtig. Mit dem Auto erreicht man jedes Ziel in relativ kurzer Zeit. Muss aber gar nicht sein, denn Sineu ist ein so schöner Ort, da kann man den Wagen schon mal stehen lassen. Und das schöne,große Haus mit dem tollen Garten und dem gepflegten Pool lässt auch keine Wünsche offen. Alles sehr sauber, wirklich toll eingerichtet, es fehlt einfach nichts um es sich auch mal am Pool gemütlich zu machen. Auch unsere Zwillinge (1Jahr) haben sich sofort wohl gefühlt und da der Gartenbereich mit einem Türchen abgetrennt werden kann und der Pool absolut kindersicher ist konnten wir die Zwei auch unbeschwert krappeln lassen. Echt ein Haus in das man auch mit Kleinkindern fahren kann. Und auch das Bereitstellen von zwei Kinderbetten und Hochstühlen war für die Betreuer vor Ort kein Problem. Besten Dank noch mal auch für die sonstige tolle Betreuung. Echt nett !!!! Auch das kleine Grillhaus war echt gut. Den Tag mit einem schönen Glas mallorquinischen Wein am Kamin ausklingen lassen empfielt sich sollte ein Abend mal etwas kühler ausfallen. Alles in allen wirklich nur empfehlenswert. Wir kommen sicher noch mal wieder.

Also das schöne Haus kommt auf den Fotos überhaupt nicht gut rüber und wir waren echt begeistert als wir ankamen und alles schöner als gedacht vorfanden. Die ,,Casa“ liegt sehr zentral in einer Seitenstrasse vom großen Platz. Nur wenige Schritte zu unserer allabendlichen Runde im Dorf. Sineu hat so viele schöne Restaurants, dass einem die Wahl schwer fällt. Jeden Abend auf dem Platz sitzen war für uns der Inbegriff eines mediterranen Urlaubes. Das Haus ist super sauber, die Küche mit einfach allem ausgestattet, die Betten bequem, ruhig war es auch…..was will man mehr. Besonders schön fanden wir den Innenhof mit Zitronenbaum und dem Pool. Der ist auch größer als gedacht und hat sogar eine gemauerte Sitzbank. Vielen Dank auch noch mal für die tolle Betreuung und die stets so hilfreichen Tipps bei all unseren tausend Fragen. Danke…wir kommen wieder!!!

Urlaub im Stadthaus

Typisches mallorquinisches Stadthaus mit schönem Patio und Sommerküche einschl. kleinem Pool.
Wer mit den Vor- und Nachteilen eines Dorfhauses leben
kann, ist hier genau richtig.
Alles kann schnell zu Fuß erreicht werden und mit etwas Spanisch- bzw. Catalankenntnissen kommt man schnell
mit der Nachbarschaft ins Gespräch.
Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen im nächsten
Jahr zum Sommerfest in Sineu wieder.

Harmonischer Urlaub mit Einheimischen

Eine positive Bewertung schmählert zwar immer die eigene Chance einer Nachfolgebuchung, jedoch handelt es sich um ein sehr gepflegtes und großzügiges Stadthaus, auschließlich von spanischen (mallorquinischen) Nachbarn umgeben. Mit ein bischen Mühe um die Sprache und den Versuch die Gastfreundschaft mit wenigen spanischen Worten zu begegnen, kommt man sehr schnell in Kontakt und lernt so das mollorquinische Leben in angemessener Entfernung zum Massentourismus eher kennen.
Eine tolle Erfahrung mit angenehmem Ambiente und schlüssigem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!
