The finca with a stunning far reaching view is located on an elevated property with 7000 m² and offers a large pool 14 x 6 m with a large, partially covered terrace plus a spacious and exclusive ambiance. On the ground floor you will find the open kitchen with dishwasher, oven and stove along with a large fridge, connected to this is the living-dining room with a plasma TV, SAT reception and stereo system, large dining table, couch with view of the terraces and the pool. Furthermore, there is 1 bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm). The upper floor is separated into 2 bedrooms with a bathroom and access to the balcony, one bedroom has a walk-in closet.

In San Lorenzo you will find a supermarket, multiple bakeries, pharmacies, tobacco and newspaper stores and every Thursday there is a typical weekly market on the market square. Around here you will find multiple bars, San Lorenzo also has beautiful typical restaurants, 2 distinguished with a Michelin star - Es Moli and the very popular Es Pati. Near the city you will find the caves of Porto Christo and Canyamel, the castle of Arta and Capdepera and many picturesque bays, beaches and harbours.

Geschmackvolle Finca in toller Alleinlage!

Wir (2 Familien mit 3 Kleinkindern) waren im Juni 2009 in dieser Finca zu Gast. Die Fotos und die Beschreibung täuschen nicht. Die Finca ist absolut hochwertig und modern eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Unsere insg. drei Kinder zwischen 1 und 2 Jahre hatten mächtig Spass und haben den großen Poolbereich mehr als ausgenutzt!

Auf der Terasse haben wir täglich den Tag begonnen und enden lassen. Der Ausblick auf das Tal schafft die richtige Stimmung für einen kühlen Ausklang!

Ein Auto ist hier unbedingt notwendig um bspw. den Strand von Cala Millor zu erreichen (20 Min.) oder nach Manacor zum einkaufen zu fahren (10 Min.). Wir haben jedoch an vielen Tagen die Finca garnicht verlassen, da wirklich alles passte um sich wohlzufühlen.

Insgesamt wirklich ein toller Urlaub. Vergleichbare Fincen im Südosten kosten ein vielfaches mehr. Wir kommen wieder!
