Photos and Description of this Felanitx holiday house Secluded, 2 bedrooms, 4 to 7 people

The 'Es Molino' cottage was built in 2006. Everything is new and well-maintained. It is idyllically located by a light stone pine wood, not far from the street. Felanitx is 3 km away. There are supermarkets, fresh fruit and vegetables daily in the covered market, Sunday market, pubs, restaurants and cafes with Spanish character. It is about 10 min by car to the beach in Porto Colom. The cottage is right next to a large 12x6 m pool with outdoor shower. The pool area has plenty of sun beds and umbrellas. There is a lawn on part of the pool area. The other garden is a dry garden with typical bushes and vegetation. A 40 m² dining area with modern kitchen is provided. This has direct access to the pool terrace. A large gas grill in the pool house is inviting for cosy meals. There is a wonderful view of the Klosterberg San Salvador and the broad landscape from the roof terrace. It is 6 km from Gulf of Vall D'Or.

The newly-built cottage is in the southeast of Majorca, 48 km from the capital Palma and 3 km from the Felanitx marketplace. Felanitx is stretched out over 4 hills, topped by real windmills. Vineyards, apricot and caper crops maintain the community's prosperity. Ceramic is another specialty of the city. Recommended places of interest are the Sant Miquel parish church and the covered market behind it. It is a showplace of activity on Sundays that even take over the bordering streets. Most shops are open and surrounding pubs offer tasty tapas. Visitors of the San Salvador cloister (500 m) get to enjoy a fantastically wide view. When the weather is clear you can even see Menorca, the bay of Alcudia and a large part of the complete southeast coast.

Wir (Eltern mit drei Jungen im Alter von 6,8 und 10 Jahren) haben gleich wieder gebucht. Die Finca ist ideal für Familien mit Kindern. Das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Der Pool ist super, man kann baden, wann mal will und man stört keine Nachbarn. Das Haus ist sauber und nett eingerichtet, der Garten und der Pool sind gepflegt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter, zur Reinigungsfrau und zur Hausverwalterin war sehr nett. Wir kommen wieder. Einziger Nachteil: Ein großes Haus mit einem sehr kleinen Bad.

Haben einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub, abseits vom Trubel, in einem wunderschönen Haus verbringen dürfen.
Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen.
Alles sehr geräumig und gepflegt.Toller Pool-Super Grillanlage.
Die Dachterrasse ist ein Traum.

Sehr netter und unkomplizierter Empfang und Übergabe.

Einziger Minuspunkt unserer Seite ist die doch recht stark befahrene Hauptstraße ca. 50m vom Haus entfernt, aber als Städter hat man sich sehr schnell daran gewöhnt.
