This estate is located on the east side of Majorca, approx. 5 minutes away from Son Servera by car, and/or 10 minutes from Arta. There are several fine sand beaches in the area that can be quickly reached. While staying here you will not have to hear bothersome street noise or deal with nosey people. You can enjoy an easy-going and relaxing holiday. The house has two living quarters. There is a living/dining area with separate outdoor kitchen and covered terrace, spacious kitchen with storage areas, 2 bedrooms, 2 x bathroom/WC on the ground floor, pool as well as a wonderfully laid-out garden, an inner courtyard with garage for 2 cars and a small pond - There is a second living quarters on the top floor with a wonderful view of the ocean and panoramic view as well as an open terrace, 1 bedroom and bathroom. Outlets and a fully-automatic spring/cistern system is provided, so that you have what you need during your holiday.

Son Servera is located on the eastside of the island - it is in a good traffic location, well-connected and it is easy to reach from the airport via the motorway to Mancor and further on over well-built main roads. The old road from Son Servera leads to Arta the estate is then located approx. 3 km away on a well protected hill with a panoramic view. There are many places to shop in nearby Son Servera and also a beautiful little town centre typical of the Majorcan community. Right before Son Servera (after about 2 minutes by car) there is the excellently located estate hotel with a restaurant. It is about 10 minutes by car to the large and long Cala Millor or Sa Coma beaches - it is about 15 minutes to Arta or Cala Ratjada bays.
