In this newly reconditioned Vacation Villa with Swimmingpool at familyfriendly owners are we presenting our customers a vacation house up to 8 persons. The vacation house is completely equipped and newly reconditioned. From all balconies and the garden you have a nice seaview into the bay of Vinkuran. The vacation house consists of 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Livingroom with a sleepingcouch for 2 persons, diningroom, Kitchen, Balcony with seaview and has a total volume 110 qm. It has a full equipment in the kitchen, coffeemaker, SAT-TV, Washingmaschine, Dishwasher, Gerden furnitures, grill in the garden. The Swimmingpool has a volume of 24qm and a depth of 1,50m. In the garden is enough space to sit and to lie in the sun and in the shade. Even from the garden or terrace you will have a nice seaview. The vacation house itself is 300m away from the sea.

Our guests like to visit zhe beaches at Pomer, Medulin, Pjescana Uvala and Vinkuran at the southest cape of Istria. Even the Cape itself called Kamenjak is one of the famoust ones!

Wir hatten Anfang Juli 2008 die große Wohnung und das Gartenhaus für 2 Wochen gemietet. Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir sehr zufrieden. Die Vermieter sind sehr nette Leute, gaben uns immer gerne Auskunft und Tipps für unsere Besichtigungstouren. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und wenn man mal einen Pooltag einlegen möchte, ist es sehr erholsam und gemütlich. Wir empfehlen auf jeden Fall Gelsenschutz mitzunehmen, da am Abend die Gelsen sehr lästig sind. Der Griller im Garten ist sehr praktisch und auch die Kiwi-Laube ist sehr einladend. Manchmal stösst leider ein unangenehmer Geruch über den Garten. Dürfte wohl von irgendeiner Senkgrube in der Gegend stammen. Sollten Sie die bellenden Hunde der Familie stören, so sagen Sie dies einfach. Auch mich störte das Gebelle täglich um halb 7 Uhr früh und nach 2 Beschwerden beim Hausbesitzer wurde für Ruhe gesorgt. Der Ort verfügt nur über 2 Märkte und sonst nichts. Am Strand gibt es eine kleine Taverne, die wir jedoch nie besuchten. Vorsichtig bei abendlichen Spaziergängen. Es laufen dort 3 halbstarke Hunde herum, die einen ganz schön erschrecken können. Einfach einen Stein aufheben, dann laufen sie schon davon. Die Wohnungen sind toll ausgestattet und man hat alles was man braucht.
Wir verbrachten 2 schöne Wochen in Kroatien und kommen sicher wieder.
