Our vacation apartment is ideal for vacation the whole year through. It is oriented towards south-east and is modern and brightly equipped. It has a balcony and a few seats in the garden, with panoramic view upon the Hausberg Piz Ela Mountain (3339 m over the sea level). The upper floors can be easily reached by the lift. A washing machine and a dryer–tumbler are available in the house. There are free parking places behind the house and a basement for skiers and bikes. Usually, this is a self-catering accommodation. On request, we can book for you breakfast in the Hotel Weisses Kreuz. Half board is also possible. In the winter, you live in the famous sledge Mecca of the Albula Pass. In the spring and in the fall, this region is a paradise for hikers, bikers, nature lovers and train fans. The apartments are only 5 minutes on foot from the train station of the Rhätisch Train (RhB). St. Moritz and Davos can be reached by this light railway in less than 1 hour.

Notes to the rental rates

• Additional to the given rates: the weekly cleaning: Fr. 100.-, a washing flat rate: Fr. 20.- per person, and the visitor’s tax. In the summer, usually between July and October, our guests can use the chair lift Darlux for free throughout their entire stay.
  
• A baby bed with linen is Fr. 50.- per week. If you own a dog, you have to pay Fr. 70.- per week.
  
• Breakfast in the hotel: Fr. 15 per person and per day. Half board, breakfast and a 4-course dinner: Fr. 45.- per person and per day.

Sledge slope Preda-Bergün

The large passage street Preda-Bergün is turn in the wintertime into the most famous sledge slope in the entire Switzerland. You reach the top by RhB (the Rhätisch train), and come back by sledge. There are 6 km of pure fun in an unforgettable mountainous landscape, which is also illuminated at nigh time.

Swiss Alpine Marathon

This world wide known mountain marathon goes through Bergün at the end of July. It goes 80 km crossing the alpine and high alpine region.

RhB- Rhätisch Train

The world wide known light railway crosses the middle of Bergün and is over 100 years old. You will see bold constructions, helical tunnels, bridges, viaducts, etc. Ask for more information at the train station. From Preda to Bergün there is a natural trail which offers the possibility for a 2 ½ -hour hiking tour for the entire family.

Skiing Information:

Darlux: A small, but fine skiing and snowboarding area, upwards from Bergün. A snowboard fun park on the snow hill is very inviting. Darlux offers dream-like views. From the mountain restaurant Diala, you can run your sledge back into the valley. In the village, there are 2 smaller ski lifts for children and beginners.

Golf Information:

The golf course Alvaneu-Bad (18 holes) can be reached in around 15 minutes by car.
