Enjoy a relaxing holiday in sunny Spain. This house is in a lovely holiday complex with two big communal pools. The house has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a comfy living room, a dining area and a fully equipped, modern kitchen for a relaxing self-catering holiday. There’s a front terrace and a roof terrace. Both have garden furniture. The beautiful, well-maintained communal pool is situated just a few steps away from the house. The sandy beaches of Playa Flamenca and Punta Prima are reachable on foot in approx. 10 mins. Shops, bars and restaurants are near to the complex and easy to get to on foot. Bed linen and towels are provided in the house and are included in the price.

Nearest Airport: Alicante oder Murcia at 45 Kilometres
Nearest Motorway: La Zenia at 2 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 600 Metres
From Alicante airport it’s 45 km. and 25 km from San Javier airport (Murcia). Torrevieja is easiest to reach by car or bus. 5 minutes by car will get you to the centre. There is a water park (open in summer), go- karting, Tivoli (fairground), cinema and bowling. Torrevieja salt lakes are well known for their healing properties. If you prefer not to go by car, everything you need is nearby. Flamenca Beach leisure centre with numerous restaurants, bars and shops are near to the complex.

Die Angaben waren alle korrekt, was Lage, Ausstattung, Zustand etc. betrifft. Es war in einem sehr guten, sauberen und gepflegten Zustand. Der Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend, bemüht, höflich und hat alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit erledigt - auch Angelegenheiten, die eigentlich nicht zu seinen Aufgaben gehören. Ich kann dieses Angebot nur weiterempfehlen. Des Weiteren ist es ein sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

Hatten 3 schöne Ferienwochen.Nette und hilfsbereite Nachbarn.Saubere und gepflegte Urb.;alles gut zu erreichen. Der Vermieter hatte für alle Fragen und Wünsche ein offenes Ohr. Alles wie beschrieben.

Das Haus - in einer ruhigen Urbanisation gelegen - ist top-gepflegt, sehr gut ausgestattet und eignet sich ideal auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt mit Kindern. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (auch deutsche Geschäfte), Restaurants für jeden Geschmack, eine Busverbindung ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Die Dachterrasse ist genial für´s gemütliche Abendessen und den vino danach. Sollte es an irgendwas fehlen, kümmert sich der Vermieter sehr nett um seine Gäste ... alles in allem durchaus zu empfehlen.
