We spent 3 week at villa Colonia and enjoyed it.
Porto Heli is a really beautiful place with many nice beaches. The water is totally clear and wonderful. Villa’s Colonia location is excellent with it being only 10 minutes from Porto Heli harbor and very easy to find, because owner send us perfect information about journey. You would need to rent car to stay here as it's a bit too far to walk. Although for those, who want to go hiking you just have to step outside the house and start walking. We practiced walks to the beach and enjoyed. Definitely need a car because there are lots of places to go on Argolida. A few minutes by car and you are on the centre of Porto Heli, where you find many restaurants and bars.
The villa Colonia was really nice, was well cleaned, and furnished with quality items and all necessary equipment for comfortable self-catering; ambiance is simple, but has the charm and Greek style, very comfortable and friendly for use. The best feature of the house is the amazing view from the kitchen/living room which leads out onto a very large veranda. The outside is a very nice and pleasant olives garden with a nice delightful view; is great to have the breakfast and lunch enjoying life.
Definitely recommend staying here to anyone looking for a quiet, rest, picturesque nature, relaxing holiday.

Ein erholsamer Urlaub in malerischer Umgebung in einem traumhaft schönen Ferienhaus (ruhige Lage und geschmackvolle Bauweise und Einrichtung) ist leider zu Ende. Hier haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch für die gute Betreuung durch die Hausverwalter möchten wir uns herzlich bedanken (Jörg Schröder und Astrid Schumaier aus Rösrath) *** Sehr herzlich gratulieren wir Ihnen zu Ihrem wirklich schönen Haus in traumhafter Lage. Die große Ruhe und die Natur ringsum waren für uns gerade in diesem Jahr das Richtige. Der Service der Hausverwalter war prima (Karin und Peter Löning aus Hamburg) *** Das traumhaft schöne Haus, diese einmalige Aussicht und die erholsame Ruhe in ursprünglicher Natur werden wir nicht so schnell vergessen. Fauna und Flora von seltener Schönheit und eine liebevolle Betreuung durch die Hausverwalter rundeten den Traum ab (Fam. Hoppe aus Berlin)

wunderbare zeit in herrlichem haus

wir hatten eine wunderbare spätoktoberwoche in diesem wirklich herrlichen haus! die aussicht von der terrasse ist schlichtweg atemberaubend, und wir hatten das glück, in sonniger ruhe ganze tage dort draußen zu verbringen. die ausstattung des hauses ist simpel aber alles wesentliche ist vorhanden, - und die hausverwalter vor ort helfen, wenn's wirklich an etwas mangeln sollte, gern. wir werden sicher wieder kommen! die umgebung läßt keine wünsche offen: ob es strand, essen oder kultur sein soll, es läßt sich für jeden etwas finden. wir haben lange spaziergänge vom haus aus gemacht, und leere, wunderbare strände nur 10 autominuten entfernt gefunden. es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt!
