Our house 'Casa Anna' is located in a quiet, typical French residential area. Our neighbours are very nice native French people. Casa Anna is 70 m² and is on a 350 m² property. It is only about 400 m from the beach! The house has a living room with fireplace and satellite television, two bedrooms - there is a double bed in the bedroom and access to the garden and in the other bedroom there are two single beds. This bedroom has a gallery. There is also a kitchen with access to the wonderful garden. There is a closed-in, secluded garden behind Casa Anna with Mediterranean plants (e.g. orange tree, Oleander, Cypress) and a terrace under an old mulberry tree for relaxing and feeling at ease. There is a parking space on the lockable property.

The town of Saint Cyprien Plage is in the south of France, right on the Mediterranean approx. 30 km from the Spanish boarder. Saint Cyprien has the second largest marina on the Mediterranean. The port is characterised by its availability of all touristic facilities. You can naturally swim, fish, sail, surf, dive as well as water-ski, jet ski and boogy board on the Mediterranean. There is also an Aqualand. Trips to Collioure with its ragged coast, small lanes in the historical Old Town and fortress complex, to Argeles sur mer, Perpignan or to the romantic wine region at the edge of the Pyrenees can all make your holiday unforgettable.

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus für 4-5 Personen; gut geeignet für Badeurlaub, auch wenn die 100 m Luftlinie zum Strand wohl nicht ganz passen. Mit Auto auch für Ausflüge in die Pyrenäen und an die Costa Brava geeignet, Aber das schönste ist wirklich der Garten, mit Schatten oder Sonne nach Wahl, ganz toll. Für Mieter wär noch wichtig zu wissen, welche Matratzengrößen vorhanden sind, um die richtigen Laken mitzubringen...

Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und dennoch nahe am Zentrum und Hafen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und der Garten ist ein Traum.

Wir haben uns in diesem wunderschönen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Hier ist man herzlich willkommen. Die Einrichtung ist so farbig und fröhlich, dass es uns nur gut gehen konnte. Jedes Detail, sei es Dekoration oder Geschirr ist aufeinander abgestimmt. Der Garten ist ein Traum. Wir haben oft das Treiben der Yachten auf dem Wasser beobachtet. Die Lage des Hauses ist optimal und ruhig und doch zentral gelegen.
Diese Wohnung ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Entdeckungstouren.
