You are staying in a several hundred year old Tuscan-style farmhouse which has kept its authentic charm. This is not a usual holiday home, but our own house and the destination of our holidays. The 20 mile panoramic view of the Chianti Classico region is absolutely unique and quite unforgettable. There are great views from each of the different apartments and terraces. The spacious and well-kept property offers several quiet areas in which to lie down and relax. The main house is built around a courtyard which is decorated with roses and an old, stone oven. Apart from the smallest unit (the ‘Annesso’) all our flats are spacious (970, 1075 and 2150 sq. ft.), and, every unit has its own terrace.

The ‘Capanna’ is our pièce de résistance. The floors and ceilings of this free-standing house remain in their original Tuscan style, while a contemporary kitchen and two luxurious bathrooms offer modern convenience. The ‘Capanna’ contains two bedrooms and an extremely large living-room (540 sq. ft.) with an attractive Tuscan fireplace. You will also have access to an ample terrace with a gorgeous view. Central heating, satellite television, telephone and internet access are available upon request. The house is available throughout the year. We would be very happy to send you more pictures.

Gepflegtes Ferienhaus (und Grundstück) mit perfekter Ausstattung. Alles vorhanden was zum angenehmen Wohnen gewünscht wird. Umfassende und hilfreiche Infos vom Vermieter. Ruhige Lage, herrlicher Ausblick und Sonne den ganzen Tag. Ideal für Individualisten.

Bereits auf der Heimreise haben wir überlegt, wann wir den nächtsten Aufenthalt in der Capanna einplanen können. Das spricht doch für sich,oder?

Dank der umfassenden Infos vom Vermieter haben wir uns gleich super zurecht gefunden.
Die Ausstattung ist gepflegt und komfortabel.
Auch bei Schlechtwetter lässt es sich im gemütlichen Wohn-Essbereich super zu fünft (4 Erw. + 1 Kleinkind) aushalten.
Die Lage ist ruhig, schöne Ausflusziele (Siena, San Gimignano) liegen jedoch in guter Reichweite.
Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen...

Die Capanna erfüllt alle Erwartungen an ein individuelles Urlaubsdomizil in der Toskana: Traumhafte Lage, ruhig aber dennoch zentral gelegen (Siena), geschmackvolle Ausstattung und schöne Aussenanlagen (Pool).
Das Haus ist perfekt für ruhige Tage, aber auch als Standort für Exkursionen.
