Summary of the villa, 4 bedrooms, sleeps 8

Our large villa, build in 2005, has a big swimming pond in the garden. The terraces both in the front as well as in the back of the house are equipped with electrical awnings. The house is situated on the top of the hills and has a big private, walled, garden. The jovial and quaint town of Loulé is 1 km to the south. The distance to the sea is approx. 20 minutes and to the airport (Faro) approx. 25 minutes. All the bedrooms have their own bathrooms. All the windows are equipped with fly screens and shutters, same as the two sliding doors to the garden in the living room. Furthermore you have at your disposal a big kitchen, big living room, a separate room with a movie beamer complete with DVD-player and sound equipment, computer with internet connection, telephone, central heating, 2 bicycles, 2 DVD-players, one video-player, a stereo-equipment, and 2 satellite-televisions (one with Sky and one with Astra including all the Dutch channels).
