The accommodation is located in 3rd floor of a renovated „Gruenderzeit–Haus“ and can easily be reached by elevator. The holiday apartment is bright and nice and it is oriented into two yards. You are not troublet by traffic noise. The guests are requested not to smoke in the apartment showing consideration for the next guests.

The apartment is centrally situated with very good connection to the public transport system. It takes you only 5 minutes to the subway station (U6), to the bus station (35A) „Dresdner-Straße“ and to the train station (S45) „Traisengasse“. The tramway station (Linie N) „Traisengasse“ is next to the house. The well-developed transport network enables you to reach many of Vienna's sights and the important train stations within short time. Z. B.: City/Stephansplatz (20 Min.), Schloß Schönbrunn (30 Min.), Schloß Belvedere (30 Min.) Messegelände (18 Min.), Südbahnhof bzw. Westbahnhof (25 Min.), Flughafen Schwechat (45 Min.). Dresdner Straße is a large-scale alley with good infrastructure. Nearby you will find small shops, a supermarket and restaurants. The “Millenium-City”, a big cinema and shoppingcenter, is easy to reach.
