Traditionaly with stone and slate newly build, house 1 mile from Cackington Haven. Latest ecologial standards. Underground borehole technology, heat pump, floor heating in the whole house. Solar panels, up date ventilation system with heat recovery unit. Stunning unspoilt views over farmland, wooded valley to the Atlantik beyond. The beach at Crackington has something for everyone. Surfing, sands, pebbels, rock pools, pub, restaurant & cafes. Walking on the coastal path towards Widmouth Bay /Bude or Boscastle/Tintagle not to be missed. The views from the cliffs are magnificent! The house has open plan living room, conservatory, chimney, large dinning area, well equipped kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, large elektic oven, grill, gas hobs. All with slate fooring, comfortable leather suite, TV, DVD, CD. Separate TV-room Dolby digital. Wet Room.

This house (Malindi) is absolutely beautiful in every way .It is perfectly situated in Crackington-Haven to give easy access to most beaches, towns and motorway routes. It is environmentally friendly with its under floor heating and solar panels. It also comes very well equipped to more than meet the needs of its maximum capacity of nine people. Our stay was in March and although we had a couple of rainy days it was a pleasure to sit in the lounge/conservatory and admire the wonderful views over the county side and the open sea. You also have access to plenty of amusement games, DVDs and Cds to keep you occupied in the relaxing-room . This was our first stay at Malindi but it will not be our last. The owners Kevin and Ursula Waters are very helpful people and if you have any special needs or requirements they will try to do everything within their power to accommodate.

Ein neues und modernes Haus mit großen Glasflächen, die eine tolle Aussicht auf grüne Hügel mit Schafherden gestatten. Sehr idyllisch! Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und äußerst sauber. Der Vermieter hat uns in einer angenehm persönlichen Art auf die Reise vorbereitet. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und können dieses Haus wirklich empfehlen.

Ein wunderschönes großes Ferienhaus, in dem man sich sofort wohl fühlt. Man wird mit frischem Obst und Süßigkeiten empfangen. Vom Wohn- und Esszimmer hat man dank der großen Fensterfronten einen super Ausblick. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet, auch Waschmaschine und Trockner sind vorhanden.
Die Zimmer selber sind liebevoll eingerichtet und haben sehr bequeme Betten. Auch in den Badezimmern mangelt es an nichts.
Selbst für 9 Personen ist ausreichend Platz im ganzen Haus vorhanden. Zudem empfängt man deutsches Fernsehen.
Wir können das Ferienhaus Malindi uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen! Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit dort!

wunderschöne, gut durchdachte Villa, sehr geschmackvolleEinrichtung, alles tip-top, große Schlafzimmer und bequeme große Betten, herrliche Blicke aus Wohn- und Esszimmer, geschützte Terrasse, bestens ausgestattete Küche, an kühlen Tagen schöne Wärme durch Fußbodenheizung, praktisch das Extra- Fernsehzimmer für die Kinder und Jugendlichen.Lage romantisch und ruhig doch recht schnell auf der Schnellstraße. Unser Lieblingsausflugziel: Schloss Lanhydrock und der lange Strand bei Padstow mit besten Fischrestaurants.
Entspannung, Komfort ,viel Platz. Sehr guter Kontakt mit
Vermieter, reichlich Infomaterial im Haus.

Unseren Urlaub vom 27.06.2008 bis 11.07.2008 haben wir in diesem wunderschönen und geräumigen Haus sehr genossen. Die Ausstattung läßt nichts zu wünschen übrig und die Lage ist einfach toll. Die Betten waren klasse, es waren ausreichend Schränke vorhanden und die Bäder waren komfortabel. Die Küchenutensilien waren alle neu und vollständig. Das Haus war super sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute überaus wohl gefühlt und werden sicherlich wiederkommen. Das Haus ist absolut zu empfehlen.
Owner's Response: wir werden uns auch weiterhin anstreben malindi so zu erhalten.
