The house is on a close 4000 m², tidy property, in a beautiful garden. The small house has 67 m² and it is ideally decorated and equipped. The living and dining room accommodate up to 5 people, and have a Sat-TV, a DVD player, and a stereo system. Internet access is possible. There is a very beautiful, American kitchen with ceramic stove top, baking oven and dish washer, microwave, extraction hood, refrigerator with freezer, vacuum cleaner, Senseo coffee machine. You have a beautiful bathroom with fizzy bathing tub, shower, sink and washing machine. In the gallery, there is a separate bedroom with double bed. There are 3 single beds in the open gallery. You will also find a modern pool with counter current flow and massage jet. There are many places where you can sit and relax on the property. There is a nice grilling place under a big fig tree, where you can relax. There is also a large place for petanque amateurs.

Arles has an ideal location, especially for trip lovers. You can take advantage of the optimal location, in order to make trips to Avignon, Saintes Maries de la Mer, with its 14 km beach, Les Baux de Provence, St Rémy de Provence, Salon de Provence, Marseille with its old port, le Pont du Gard, etc. You can even travel to the biggest bridge of the world le Pont de Millau, which is higher than the Eiffel Tower and longer than the Champs Elysées. Arles itself has a wonderful historical center (Roman arena, amphitheatre) and it is a pleasure for walkers, thanks to its narrow streets. There are many restaurants with Provencal delicacies which are very inviting for the Gourmet. Not only 'Place du Forum' with its numerous terraces and restaurants is a must, but also the world wide known 'le Café van Gogh', the former favourite place of the famous painter, which he immortalized in the painting 'Le café, le soir'.

  • For occupancy with only 2 people, we offer you a 10% discount. For long-time renters: in the early and late season, for a booking of 4 weeks, we will charge only 3 weeks. The owners of this property could not try any harder, it is tastefully decorated with more than you expect for a self catering holiday. Air conditioning guarantees a good night sleep, pool is great, grounds are superb. This truely is a wonderful place to stay. Marie & Falc make you so welcome. We will definately stay here again when we next visit Provence. Its a great position for visiting many key tourist sites. Thouroughly recommend it

Eigentlich ist ja schon "alles" gesagt...
Die Bewertungen entsprechen in jeder Beziehung der Realität und reflektieren das "Wohlfühl - Klima", das einen beim Betreten der Anlage bzw. des Ferienhauses sofort befällt.
Urlaub auf hohem Niveau in einer bezaubernden Atmosphäre mit Gastgebern, die diese Bezeichnung uneingeschränkt verdienen.
Dank an Marie und Falk für 11 wunderschöne Tage in Oase 2. Wir freuen uns schon auf ein Wiedersehen mit Euch in 2010.

Die „L’Oase“ verdient einfach eine tolle Bewertung, selbst wenn wir damit noch mehr Interessenten auf dieses ohnehin stark nachgefragte Objekt aufmerksam machen.
Die sauberen Unterkünfte sind komplett ausgestattet, die Küche hat alles, was man benötigen könnte inkl. einer Lebensmittel-Grundausstattung. Besser geht es nicht.
Der Garten ist herrlich gepflegt, bietet Sonne und Schatten und ist der Stolz der Besitzer. Die Sommernächte sind heiß, aber das wird in der Provence niemanden überraschen.
Das Größte an der „L’Oase“ sind jedoch die liebenswürdigen Eigentümer selbst. Ihre Gastfreundlichkeit ist einfach überwältigend, sie sind stets ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Der beste Reiseführer der Provence ist Falk. Vergeßt, was die vielen Bücher und Karten Euch sagen, fragt einfach ihn nach den besten Wegen und Tipps. Marie hat uns mit ihrer „französischen Zunge“ sehr geholfen. Sie ist eine aufmerksame und charmante Gastgeberin. Wir empfehlen die „L’Oase“ sehr und freuen uns auf ein wiedersehen.

Wirklich ein kleines Pardies

Wir hatten wirklich noch nie so eine luxuriöse Ferienwohnung (es fehlt absolut nichts und man kann getrost Küchenutensilien oder Vorräte zu Hause lassen) mit solch sympathischen und hilfsbereiten Vermietern. Das Anwesen ist traumhaft und hat so manchen erholsamen Nachmittag auch außerhalb des Schwimmbeckens beschert (z.B. unterm Feigenbaum...).

Absolut zu empfehlen.

Ein in jeder Hinsicht optimales Feriendomizil, bewirtschaftet von zwei (Marie und Falk) reizenden und hilfreichen Vermietern. Da wir die Cote und die Provence aus vielen Aufenthalten kenne, können wir uns ein Urteil erlauben: Dieses Angebot ist überragend.
