Casa Vista Mare is located in a slope between Porto Azzurro and Capoliveri with view over Naregno Bay. The house lies among vineyards, olive and lemon trees. The beach of Naregno and other 12 sandy beaches are reached within a few minutes drive. You can easily go to Naregno Beach by foot. Shopping facilities and restaurants are close as well. The idyllic town of Capoliveri is just a few minutes walk away. The two semi-detached houses are ideal for common vacation with friends and because of the properties’ size this is an ideal place for children. There are 2 bedrooms, a kitchen/living room, a bathroom, a terrace with view over Naregno – Bay, another terrace with a large BBQ behind the house, a washing machine, and a car parking. Also suitable for families with dogs.

Vista Mare is located in a gentle slope between Porto Azzurro, a romantic fishing anchorage, and Capoliveri, a typical Italian village which also offers shopping and sport facilities. The holiday house is surrounded by another holiday house and 15.000 of land with view over the country and the Bay of Porto Azzurro. The property offers several facilities in diverse areas such as shady places, sweet water ponds, olive trees, vineyards, playground, pizza oven, car space, boat trailer, etc. Because of the houses´ locations far off the street, it also remains being a quiet spot during the tumultuous summer month. You might walk to the beach, but experience shows that one rather takes a car to reach also the others nearby beaches.
