Wir haben letzten Winter 2 Monate im schoenen Southern Dream verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr einladend, hell und freundlich im Florida Stil eingerichtet. Der schoene pool mit Sicht auf den Kanal laedt zum Schwimmen ein und auf der grossen Terrasse kann man sich herrlich erholen. Das Haus liegt ideal, man kann sogar per Fuss verschiedene Geschaefte und Restaurants erreichen, auch das Spazierengehen in den ruhigen Strassen gefaellt uns. Wir haben deshalb wieder einige Wochen fuer den naechsten Winter gebucht und freuen uns jetzt schon darauf. Es waere jedoch schoen, wenn ein Gas B.B.Q. vorhanden waere, da wuerde das Grillen schon Spass machen.
Owner's Response: Vielen Dank fuer die schoenen Worte, wir werden noch dieses Jahr einen Gas BBQ Grill zur Verfuegung stellen. Das wird dann das i-tuepfelchen fuer den naechsten Aufentalt und fuer alle zukunftigen Gaeste in unserer schoenen Villa Southern Dream.

Tolles Haus, tolle Lage

Die Villa bietet alles was man sich für einen erholsamen Urlaub wünscht. Nur "groß Grillen" ist hier nicht, denn einen Elektrogrill stellt man sich nicht zum Steakgrillen vor.
Die Villa bietet viele TV-Programme, ein paar nette "Haustiere" am Pier, Leguane (ca. 1m) die genausoviel Angst haben wie die Besucher, 2Min. mit dem Auto ist Wal-Mart, Publix und Walgreen entfernt.
Die Midpointbridge ist in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
Eine tolle Runde zum Walken und Joggen vor der Tür, und viele Eulennester in den Wiesen nebenan.
Frühstück bei Perkins ist der Wahnsinn!!!!
Der Pool wird Do immer gechlort und gereinigt, nette deutsche Betreuung hierbei und auch beim Haus.
Für 2-4 Erwachsene Personen evtl. mit 2 Kindern immer wieder das richtige Haus.

nettes Haus zum Entspannen

Wir haben unseren 3-wöchigen Aufenthalt in der Villa Southern Dream, Cape Coral, wirklich sehr genossen. Erheblich dazu beigetragen, hat sicherlich das nett eingerichtete Haus mit Pool. Der Vermieter hat sich korrekt verhalten. Im Haus war alles vorhanden und wir haben es genauso vorgefunden, wie die Vermieter es beschrieben haben. Bei Eintreffen war das Haus in einem sauberen Zustand. Die Lage ist ruhig und somit sehr erholsam, bis auf die recht oft rasenmähenden Nachbarn, was wohl ein Volkssport in den USA sein muss :-). Viele Shopping Malls befinden sich im Umkreis, bis Ft. Myers Beach fährt man nicht so lange., ebenso zu den Inseln Sanibel und Captiva. Alles in allem, ein wirklich sehr nettes Haus, was man so oder so ähnlich überall in Cape Corall findet.
Owner's Response: Wir haben in Florida subtropisches Klima und entsprechend ueppig waechst hier alles, auch der Rasen. Es ist gerade in Suedwest-Florida noetig, den Rasen woechentlich einmal zu maehen.
