Schöner Urlaub in Südtirol

Die Angaben im Inseart waren korrekt ,was Lage Ausstattung etc. betraf.Die Wohnung war in sehr gutem gepflegten Zustand ,alles sehr neuwertig.Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, zuvorkommend hilfsbereit, sie ist sehr bemüht um ihre Gäste.Die Lage der Wohnung ist zentral am See hinter dem neuen Lido (einziges Minus :die Lautstärke am Wochenende ) am Parkplatz ,ist aber auch wirklich nur am Wochenende wegen Autos und Mopes laut .Der Ort Kaltern ist nur wenige Autominuten entfernt,sehr schöne kleine Satdt gute Restaurants (goldener Stern absolut empfehlenswert).Es gibt viele Ausflugsziele und Unternehmungen die man machen kann , zuviel um hier alles aufzuzählen. Alles im allen hat mir der Urlaub in dieser Wohnung sehr gut gefallen . Die Wohnungsgröße ist für 2 Erwachsene und max. 2 Kindern ok.Wir waren mit 1 Kind da,dann ist es absolut ausreichend.Ich würde diese Wohnung weiteremfehlen, die Lage ist gut besonder mit Kindern.Das Minus "Lautstärke "ist absolut erträglich dafür ist alles andere in Ordnung ! Sehr schön ist auch das man Zugang zu einem Privatstrand hat.
Owner's Response: Ich freue mich sehr über die Bewertung meiner Gäste. Mein Bestreben ist natürlich dass sich meine Gäste im Haus Seerast am Kalterer See wohl fühlen und ihre Urlaubstage geniessen!

Schöner Urlaub am Kalterer See

Wir waren schon zum 2. mal dort und das sogar mit 3 Kindern. Hat super geklappt. Mussten zwar zusammen- rücken, aber für 7 Nächte gings ganz gut :-) Die gute Lage (direkt am See), sehr nette Vermieterin und die Wohnung überhaupt machen einen Aufenthalt hier angenehm. Auch haben wir es sehr ruhig und erholsam empfunden. Vielleicht kommen wir auch ein 3. mal
Owner's Response: Ja, leider ist die Wohnung für Eltern und drei Kinder etwas zu knapp. Ich freue mich aber dass sich diese nette Familie trotzdem wohl gefühlt hat. Und ich freue mich auf ein Wiedersehen....

Wir können die vorherigen Beurteilungen als sehr zutreffend bestätigen. Nochmals zu erwähnen, die Mobicard für 3 bzw. 7 Tage, auch den praktischen Terminkalender, der viele An- und Rückfragen ersparen kann! Durch einen Radl-Verleih ganz in der Nähe war eine auch Tour der Etsch entlang zu realisieren.
- Wieder einmal schöne Tage in Südtirol -

Sehr zu empfehlen, Angaben korrekt, sehr gepflegt und gute Betreuung durch den Vermieter. Als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen ideal, Bushaltestelle vor der Tür. Mobilcard für den öffentlichen Verkehr zu empfehlen.
In Kaltern Bauernmarkt sehr schön, als Bar/Restaurant die "Bar zum lustigen Krokodil" besuchenswert.
