Ferienwohnung mit Entspannungsgarantie

Im Schwalbenherd (auf "Harzisch": Treffpunkt der Schwalben), eine am Südand von St.Andreasberg liegende Straße, liegt diese angenehm eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Hell und freundlich gestaltete Zimmer sind mit Allem ausgestattet was man braucht (man = Ehepaar 50+ mit besonderem Hang zu ruhigen, schönen Orten, immer in der Nähe von Wäldern) . Der weite freie Blick nach Süden über artenreiche Bergwiesen (Urlaub im Juli 09 während des Schwalbenflugs) und die bewaldeten Berge des Harzes führt unweigerlich zu einer beruhigenden, entspannten Stimmung. Die Einrichtung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Bei gutem Wetter Frühstück auf der Terrasse. Keine Gebäude hindern den Blick in die Ferne Richtung Süden, keine Straße, kein Lärm, Ruhe, nur die Schwalben sind zu hören. Ein Stellplatz für's Auto befindet direkt vor der Tür.

Hell und gemütlich gestaltete Wohlfühl-FW, Superlage, traumhafter Ausblick, dazu alles Notwendige und blitzsauber sowieso! Preis-Leistungsverhültnis beeindruckend urlauberfreundlich.
Oft mit 1 oder 2 Kindern in Andreasberg zum wöchentlichen Kurzurlaub, am liebsten in genau dieser Whng.! Danke!

sehr viel Schnee in ganz romantischer Stimmung genossen; gemütlich eingerichtet; sehr kinderfreundlich; kurze Wege zum Bäcker und Kaufmann, um leckere Mahlzeiten mit der sehr guten Ausstattung zuzubereiten;
insgesamt ein erholsamer, sportlicher Urlaub in Winterlaune. Vielen Dank.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit Traumblick

Eine so schöne Ferienwohnung findet man nur selten: hell und freundlich, gemütlich eingerichtet, tolle Ausstattung und sehr sauber - ein tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!

Dazu kommt die traumhafte Lage, die erholsame Ruhe und der tolle Ausblick über die Berge.
Auch auf dem Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer haben wir sehr gut geschlafen. So ist die Wohnung wirklich gut auch für 4 Personen geeignet.
Die Kinder fühlten sich gleich wie zuhause, die Ausstattung mit Hochstuhl, Büchern, Spielen etc. ist toll.

St. Andreasberg gefällt uns von allen Urlaubsorten im Harz am besten. Wer Schweden mag, wird sich auch hier wohlfühlen: Viele bunte Holzhäuser, Wald und Seen.

Wir waren bereits im Sommer und im Winter in der schönen Wohnung. Der Harz ist ein attraktives Ziel für alle Jahreszeiten.

Im Sommer gefielen uns die blühenden Bergwiesen rund um den Ort am besten und das Baden und Schlauchboot fahren am idyllischen Oderteich.

Im Winter sind die Loipen und Skilifte am Sonnenberg sehr schön.

Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!

Wir sind nun schon das zweite Mal in dieser schönen, gepflegten Wohnung gewesen: Jedes Mal, wenn uns die Tür geöffnet wird, verschlägt es uns die Sprache, denn durch die schönen, großen Fenster, die sich über eine gesamte Seite der Wohnung ziehen, hat man einen unvergesslichen Ausblick...egal, ob im Sommer bei strahlendem Sonnenschein, oder im Winter bei kniehohem Schnee! Direkt hinter der Terrasse beginnt die Natur.Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Straße, man hat einen Stellplatz direkt vor der Tür, man wird am Ankunftstag von der Verwalterin empfangen und schon kann der Urlaub losgehen. Es gibt in der Umgebung viel zu erleben...sei es bei einem Brockenaufstieg oder beim Rodeln, im Sommer sowie im Winter. Diese Wohnung ist mit ihren angenehmen Extras für groß und klein auf jeden Fall einen Urlaub wert.
